Jedem Schlitz (4) ist - bis auf eine weiter unten geschilderte Ausnahme - eine Rippe (9) zugeordnet. Das Durchgangsloch (10) ist im Bereich des Quersteges (7) als im Durchmesser größere Ansenkung (12) zur Aufnahme eines Schraubenkopfes ausgebildet und weist im Abstützvorsprung (11) den dem Schraubenschaft zuzuordnenden Durchmesser auf. Der Abstand jedes Durchgangsloches (10) von der seitlichen Außenkante der Trägerplatte (2) ist größer als ein Drittel und nur wenig kleiner als die Hälfte des Abstandes der beiden Durchgangslöcher (10) voneinander. Die Lage der Durchgangslöcher (10) ist auf die als U-Bügel ausgebildete Trageinrichtung abgestellt. Jedem Durchgangsloch (10) der Trägerplatte (2) ist ein Durchgangsloch (13) der Rückplatte (1) zugeordnet. Wie Fig. 5 zeigt sind an den den Durchgangslöchern (3) zugeordneten Stellen (14), denen an sich Rippen zur Feld-Sicherung zuzuordnen sind, keine Rippen vorgesehen. In Fig. 3, a fastening screw (22) with a head (23) is indicated.
Die Trägerplatte (2) weist vier Eckbereiche (15) auf, in denen jeweils auf der der Rückplatte (1) zugewandten Seite eine Muffe (16) angeformt ist. Die Höhe der Muffe (16) rechtwinkelig zur Trägerplatte (2) ist ebenso groß wie die des randseitigen Simses (5). Die Rückplatte (1) weist auf der Seite der Rippen (9) in den Eckbereichen (15) je einen Zapfen (19) auf, der mit einer durch die Rückplatte hindurchgehenden axialen Bohrung (20) versehen ist, die bei angebauter Rückplatte mit dem Durchbruch (17) fluchtet. Der Außendurchmesser des im Querschnitt kreisrunden Zapfens (19) ist um ein Spiel kleiner als der Innendurchmesser der innen im Querschnitt kreisrunden Muffe (16). Jedoch weist der Zapfen (19) außen um den Umfang herum gleichmäßig verteilt vier Rippen (21) auf, die mit Abstand vom freien Ende des Zapfens (19) enden und von denen in Fig. 7 nur zwei gezeigt sind. Die Rippen (21) sind im Querschnitt sehr klein, füllen das zuletzt erwähnte Spiel aus und sind in radialer Richtung so groß, daß die aufgeschobene Muffe (16) stramm und fest auf dem Zapfen sitzt.The carrier plate (2) has four corner areas (15), in each of which a sleeve (16) is formed on the side facing the rear plate (1). Claims (10)
- A sign, with which a carrier plate and a backplate are fitted together and provided with through holes for at least one headed fastening screw which is to be passed therethrough, with which the carrier plate has windows (3) and crossbars (7) which traverse the latter and together with the window edge define slits (4), with which panels are placed into the windows, these panels gripping through the slits and gripping the slit edge behind by means of resiliently bendable legs, with which ribs (9) are provided on the backplate, these ribs projecting into the slits by these legs, and with which the carrier plate is, at the through hole, supported against the backplate via a support projection, characterized in that the through hole (10) of the carrier plate (2) is provided in a crossbar (7) and the ribs (9) of the backplate (1) are omitted in both slit (4) areas adjacent to the through hole.
- A sign in accordance with Claim 1, characterized in that behind the sign the fastening screw, the head of which is concealed by the panel, engages on a bearing device.
- A sign in accordance with Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that only one or two fastening screws having a panel-concealed head are provided.
- A sign in accordance with Claim 3, characterized in that the two fastening screws with a concealed head which are provided engage on a clamp traversing a post.
- A sign in accordance with any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the through hole (10) in the crossbar (7) is constructed as a countersink and in the support projection (11) its diameter is that assigned to the fastening screw.
- A sign in accordance with any one of Claims 2 to 5, at the corner regions detachable connecting devices only being provided to connect the carrier plate and the backplate, characterized in that each connecting device is formed from a sleeve (16) and a pin (19) jammed tight in the latter in a clamped manner, this sleeve being in one piece with the carrier plate (2) and this pin being in one piece with the backplate (1).
- A sign in accordance with Claim 6, characterized in that moulded-on ribs (21) which have a small cross-section and run in the longitudinal direction are provided between the sleeve (16) and the pin (19).
- A sign in accordance with Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that four ribs (21) are distributed over the circumference.
- A sign in accordance with Claim 6, 7 or 8, the carrier plate and the backplate having an opening at each connecting device, characterized in that the pin (19) is provided with an axial bore (20) which connects the two holes (17).
- A sign in accordance with any one of Claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the opening (17) in the carrier plate (2) is blocked toward the outside of the latter by a transverse wall (18) of reduced thickness.
