Abstract

Railway freight cars are to be provided with a device which allows lateral loading and unloading of trucks without complicated driving manoeuvres. The loading time is to be reduced considerably. It should be possible to produce ramps which are required for this purpose without great expenditure. The undercarriages of the freight cars are provided with platforms (1), below which rollers (2) are mounted which roll in U-shaped rails (3) transversely to the longitudinal axis of the freight car. The U-shaped rails have extensions (14) which can be folded down and rest on a ramp situated next to the freight car. The platforms are rolled onto the ramp. When a truck has driven up, the platforms are withdrawn onto the freight car again. In order to be able to use the space on the freight car better, the platforms are divided into platform segments (1). Due to the rapid and simple loading, transport over short routes becomes viable. Fig. 1 zeigt von der hier nicht eingezeichneten Rampe aus gesehen einen Güterwagen mit drei Plattform­segmenten 1 und den hinteren Teil eines davorstehenden Güterwagens. Der vordere Lastkraftwagen steht mit den Hinterachsen auf dem hinteren Güterwagen und mit der Vorderachse auf dem vorderen. Wird vor diesem Last­kraftwagen ein Platz frei, so kann er nach Absenkung der Klappe 11 zwischen den Plattformsegmenten 1 auf dem Güterwagen nach vorn verholen und hinter sich Platz für ein anderes Fahrzeug machen. So wird die Ladefläche der Güterwagen immer optimal ausgenutzt. Die Fahrspur­begrenzungen 16 verhindern, daß die Fahrzeuge in Kurven zur Seite rutschen. In den Fahrspuren befinden sich die Klappen 17, mit denen eine oder mehrere Fahr­zeugachsen arretiert werden können. Sie werden durch eine Vorrichtung im Untergestell des Güterwagens soweit hochgeklappt bis ein bestimmter Reifenandruck vorhanden ist, und dann automatisch arretiert; z.B. bei Verwendung einer Spindelschraube.
Die Plattformsegmente 1 sind mit den Rollen 2 versehen, die in den U-Schienen 3 geführt werden. Bei dem zu entladenden hinteren Lastkraftwagen sind die hier nicht eingezeichneten Verlängerungen 14 der U-Schienen 3 aus die Rampe heruntergeklappt. Bei dem vorderen bleiben sie hochgeklappt. Die auf der - teilweise durch den Güterwagenunterbau verdeckten - durchgehenden Welle 8 verschiebbaren Zahnräder 7 werden hinten durch die Vorrichtung 9 in die Zahnstangen 6 eingerückt, vorn bleiben sie ausgerückt.
Durch Drehen der Welle 8 werden die beiden hinteren Plattformsegmente 1 auf die Rampe geschoben. Die Klappen 10 und 11 sind so gestellt, daß sie beim Verschieben der Plattformsegmente 1 nicht miteinander kollidieren. Auf der Rampe werden sie abgesenkt. Die Abstützung 12 wird ebenfalls abgesenkt, um ein Verkanten der Plattformseg­mente 1 beim Abfahren des Lastkraftwagens zu verhindern.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit Plattformsegmenten (1) auf Rollen (2) versehen ist, die ein schnelles seitliches Aufladen von einer Rampe bzw. Abladen auf eine Rampe dadurch ermöglichen, daß die Plattformsegmente in den U-Schienen (3, 14) vom Güterwagen auf eine Rampe geschoben und wieder zurückgeholt werden können.
