Method and device for loading a transport container from a truck and truck trailer onto a railway wagon or a loading ramp and vice versa a trailer or a. stationary loading ramp or on a movable transport and loading ramp and vice versa and a device for carrying out the method.
In
The invention is intended to load a heavy transport container
from, a truck to a railroad car and the like and vice versa
be simplified so that there are considerable time and cost savings.
At the same time, a possibility is to be found7 for the full transport containers
to be exchanged for empty transport containers, - this creates alternating containers or
Swap bodies. Furthermore, the method is also intended to apply to the trailers of trucks
be applicable in order to increase the economy of the transport.
In
A method has been found to solve this problem, which is characterized by
that the truck with one long side of its loading bed to one long side
of the railroad car or the like is approached in parallel, and that the on
the truck or the like with rails running transversely to the direction of travel
attached transport containers, which can be moved on running wheels, horizontally in alignment
on the railroad car or the like arranged rails is moved. This
In contrast to known processes, the process has the major advantage
that the transport container transversely to the respective vehicle or loading ramp longitudinal direction
be moved. This stops maneuvering the loaded vehicle
the takeover ramp or vehicle facilitates and becomes the necessary displacement path
for the. Shortened transport container. In particular, this can be done at the rear of the truck
a loading crane of a known type can be arranged, which is also for a
trailer attached to the truck can be used. The loading crane also serves
in addition, one on the railroad car, truck or ramp
empty transport ,. to lift the container so that the full transport container is taken over
can be .. The empty container is placed on the loading area that has become free.
Thus, according to the invention, an empty one is exchanged for a full one
Transport container
possible without, for example, the empty transport container initially set down laterally
must be, as is the case with known loading methods. Of course
the loading crane is also used to load and set down the full transport containers or
its cargo at the loading location and at the unloading location.
Trucks, truck trailers, loading ramps, transport containers
and railroad cars can also be designed to be on the truck
or the like transported two or more transport containers standing one behind the other
are then assigned transverse rails to each transport container.
Moving the transport container can also be done with known other technical
Aids. For example, hydraulically extendable push rods
can be used or the cross rails of the loading vehicle or the railway wagon
and the like are raised on one side, creating an inclined plane
from which the transport container unrolls.

The truck 1 drives alongside the railway wagon 12 to be loaded until the longitudinal edge of the loading platform lies parallel to the longitudinal edge of the loading area of the railway wagon. The Teansport container 5 has wheels 7 with which it stands on rails 6 which are attached to the vehicle auxiliary frame 4 of the truck transversely to the vehicle longitudinal direction. A rolling and lifting of the transport container on the rails 6 is prevented by locking elements 8, which with the help of pressure fluid cylinders
Put on impellers 7. Instead of pressure medium cylinders, mechanical locks can also be provided. A cable winch 10 is located under the loading platform of the truck. There is a loading crane at the rear end of the truck. 3 known design provided. With the help of vertically extendable support devices 2, the truck can be supported laterally so that the
ramp is reached.
;-reise eingesetzt Urerden. The railroad car 12 has rails 13 arranged transversely on the loading area, the spacing of which corresponds to that of the rails 6 of the truck. Insertion holes 17 are located between the rails on both longitudinal sides of the loading area, into which the axis of a pulley 14 can optionally be inserted. The railroad car is loaded by moving the transport container 5 sideways from the truck to the railroad car, initially bridging the rails 6, 13 of the truck and the railroad car with rail bridges 1 8 and then moving the transport container on the rails. The drive required for this takes place with the aid of the cable winch 10, the cable 15 of which is connected to the transport container at 16. The rope 15 is first guided up to the edge of the railway wagon facing away from the truck and the rope pulley 14 is guided around here, the axis of which is inserted into one of the insertion holes 1? is inserted in such a way that das_Seil 15 engages the transport container at the level of the longitudinal center of gravity. Cable pulleys 11 can also be placed on the loading platform of the truck, for example to deflect the cable 15 when an empty or loaded transport container is to be pulled from the railroad car onto the truck and. vice versa. If there is an empty transport container on the railway wagon and a filled transport container is to be moved from the truck to the railway wagon, the empty transport container is lifted with the aid of the loading crane 3 of the truck until the full transport container can be pushed underneath onto the railway wagon :. After moving the full transport container, the loading crane places the empty transport container on the loading platform of the truck. The method according to the invention also allows a trailer with a loading platform equipped in the same way to be attached to the truck against a full transport container between the trailer and the railway wagon; because the loading crane 3 can be swiveled backwards over the trailer due to its arrangement at the rear of the truck and thus used for the trailer in the same journey.
