Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour le transfert sans vibrations et le transport de feuilles entre des cylindres d'impression de taille double (3) d'une machine imprimante rotative offset à feuilles en plusieurs couleurs, au moyen de chariots à pinces (6) mobiles sur des rails, qui sont entraînés par des chaînes sans fin (7) par l'intermédiaire de liaisons à coulisse et, pour le transfert précis des feuilles, peuvent être orientés par des fourches de prise rotatives (11,12) et des galets de came (10) s'engageant dans les fourches (11,12), les fourches (11,12) étant reliées à des attaches (14,15) agencées sur un arbre de roue de chaîne (19),
    caractérisé en ce que les chariots à pinces (6) peuvent être orientés, en rythme binaire, par une première fourche (11), réglable en direction radiale au moyen d'un réglage en hauteur (17), fourche qui est reliée à une attache (14) solidaire de l'arbre (19) d'un tambour de roue de chaîne (4,5) de taille double, et par une seconde fourche (12) réglable en direction radiale au moyen d'un réglage en hauteur (17), fourche qui est reliée à une attache (15) agencée de façon rotative par rapport à la première fourche (11), en ce que les fourches (11,12) sont reliées de façon frontalement amovible à une roue de chaîne (16) de taille double réglable en direction tangentielle sur l'arbre (19), et en ce que les fourches (11,12), ainsi que la roue (16) de taille double sont montées sans jeu par rapport à l'arbre (19) sous l'action de coins réglables (18,20).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la seconde fourche (12) est montée sur la bride de l'attache (14) de la première fourche (11) au moyen d'un logement annulaire de l'attache (15).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la bride de l'attache (14) de la première fourche (11) est solidarisée à l'arbre (19) par des goupilles (21).
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que la roue (16) de taille double et la seconde fourche (12) sont réglables en direction tangentielle par des vis de réglage (13).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que la roue (16) de taille double ou la seconde fourche (12) est réglable au moyen d'une vis de réglage (13) en direction tangentielle, et en ce que des premiers raccords à vis (26) ou des seconds raccords à vis (28) sont prévus dans la roue (16) de taille double de façon alternativement amovible.
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que les fourches (11,12) peuvent être arrêtées dans une position neutre par un moyen de fixation (30).
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que les raccords à vis (26,28) sont agencés dans des perçages associés, avec le jeu nécessaire pour un ajustage.
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que deux coins (18) orientés de façon opposée sont agencés, de façon déplaçable, dans des guides, s'étendant tangentiellement, de l'attache (15) de la seconde fourche (12) en étant supportés sur la bride de l'attache (14) de la première fourche (11), au moyen d'une vis de réglage (20).
