Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur schwingungsarmen Übergabe und zum Transport von Bogen zwischen doppelt großen Druckzylindern einer Mehrfarben-Bogenrotationsoffsetdruckmaschine mittels auf Schienen bewegbarer Greiferwagen nach dem Oberbegriff des ersten Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a device for low-vibration transfer and for transporting sheets between double-sized printing cylinders of a multi-color sheet-fed rotary offset printing machine by means of gripper carriages movable on rails according to the preamble of the first claim.
Bei Mehrfarben-Bogenrotationsoffsetdruckmaschinen mit doppelt großen Druckzylindern, die durch ein Kettenübergabesystem verbunden werden sollen, tritt ein sogenannter Umschlagfehler des jeweils zweiten Bogens auf. Dieser Bogen wird bezogen auf den ersten, früher oder später von doppelt großen Druckzylindern abgenommen oder an den nächstfolgenden doppelt großen Druckzylinder übergeben. Der Umschlagfehler wird bekanntlich durch die Summe von Teilungsfehlern oder andere Fehler der beteiligten Zahnräder des Antriebes verursacht und drückt sich als Vor- bzw. Zur Lösung dieses Problems ist es bereits aus dem DE-GM 7 512 204 bekannt, den Umschlagfehler mittels justierbarer verzahnter Registerstücke auf doppelt großen Übergabetrommeln dadurch auszugleichen, daß diese zeitweise mit Registerstücken der doppelt großen Druckzylinder kämmen. Bei dieser Vorrichtung handelt es sich aber um ein Trommelübergabesystem, das keine Transportketten aufweist und bei dem keine Greiferwagen auf Schienen bewegbar sind, die über Kulissenverbindungen durch endlose Ketten angetrieben werden müssen. Bedingt durch Toleranzen der Kette oder in den zugeordneten Führungen wird eine schwingungsarme Übergabe bei Kettenförderern in Verbindung mit doppelt großen Kettenradabnahme-bzw. -zuführtrommeln besonders erschwert. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, bei einer Vorrichtung genannter Art eine registergenaue schwingungsarme Abnahme bzw. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung bezweckt den Transport und eine registergenaue schwingungsarme Übergabe von Bogen zwischen zwei Druckwerken 1 und 2, die je einen doppelt großen Druckzylinder 3 sowie einfach große Gummizylinder und Plattenzylinder aufweisen. Die Greiferwagen 6 sind auf Schienen 8 geführt und werden von den endlosen Ketten 7 angetrieben, wobei jedes Trum der Kette 7 zwischen den doppelt großen Kettenrädern 16 der Kettenradabnahmetrommel 4 und der Kettenradzuführtrommel 5 ebenfalls durch Schienen 29 geführt werden kann. An der Kette 7 greift eine in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Antriebsrolle wie ein Kulissenstein in eine nicht dargestellte Kulisse am Greiferwagen 6 mittig zwischen zwei Laufrollen 9 am Greiferwagen 6 ein, welche zwischen den Laufschienen 8 geführt sind. Um eine registergenaue schwingungsarme Übergabe der Bogen in Verbindung mit einer Beseitigung des Umschlagfehlers zu erreichen, erfassen die Greiferwagen 6 Fanggabeln 11, 12 an Kurvenrollen 10 und drücken diese nach außen, so daß die Laufrollen 9 der jeweiligen Greiferwagen 6 spielfrei in den Schienen 8 geführt sind. Die Greiferwagen 6 sind dabei im Zweier-Rhythmus durch eine in radialer Richtung mittels einer Höhenverstellung 17 justierbar erste Fanggabel 11 und durch eine in radialer Richtung mittels einer Höhenverstellung 27 justierbare zweite Fanggabel 12 ausrichtbar. Die Fanggabel 11 ist mit einer fest auf der Kettenradwelle 19 der doppelt großen Kettenradabnahme- bzw. -zuführtrommeln 4, 5 angeordneten Halterung 14 verbunden, während die zweite Fanggabel 12 mit einer drehbar zur ersten Fanggabel 11 angeordneten Halterung 15 verbunden ist. Außerdem sind die Fanggabeln 11, 12 mit dem auf der Kettenradwelle 19 in tangentialer Richtung justierbaren doppelt großen Kettenrad 16 stirnseitig lösbar verbunden. Das doppelt große Kettenrad 16 und die zweite Fanggabel 12 lassen sich in tangentialer Richtung mittels derselben Verstellschraube 13 justieren, wobei entweder Verschlußschrauben 26 oder 28 alternativ gelöst werden müssen. Die Verstellschraube 13 ist auf einem Anschlag im doppelt großen Kettenrad 16 abgestützt. Die zweite Fanggabel 12 weist eine ringförmige Aufnahme an der Halterung 15 auf und ist auf dem Flansch der Halterung 14 für die erste Fanggabel 11 gelagert. Der Flansch der Halterung 14 der ersten Fanggabel 11 ist mit der Kettenradwelle 19 durch Stifte 21 fest verbunden. Auf diese Weise sind die Fanggabeln 11, 12 sowohl in radialer Richtung als auch zueinander in Umfangsrichtung justierbar. Außerdem können die Fanggabeln 11, 12 durch eine Fixierung 30 in einer Nullstellung arretiert werden. Dadurch ist es möglich, das doppelt große Kettenrad 16 oder die Fanggabel 12 mit Halterung 15 in tangentialer Richtung unabhängig voneinander zu justieren, derart, daß die Greiferwagen 6 geringfügig nachlaufend mit den Kurvenrollen 10 mit den Einlaufzonen der Fanggabeln 11, 12 in Kontakt kommen, so daß das Kettenspiel in Verbindung mit doppelt großen Kettenradabnahme- bzw. -zuführtrommeln 4, 5 zuverlässig beseitigt und zugleich der Umschlagfehler vermieden werden kann.In order to achieve a precise, low-vibration transfer of the sheets in connection with elimination of the handling error, the

Claims (8)
