Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur paßgenauen Bogenübergabe zwischen den Druckeinheiten einer Mehrfarbendruckmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des ersten Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a device for accurate sheet transfer between the printing units of a multi-color printing machine according to the preamble of the first claim.
Vorrichtung genannter Art sind allgemein bekannt und z.B. in der CH-PS 653 614 beschrieben. Nachteilig ist, daß eine separate Ausrichtung z.B. durch einen in einen Schlitz am Greiferwagen einlaufenden Paßzahn gemäß CH-PS 483 926 zusätzlich vorgesehen werden muß, um die Greiferwagen kurz vor ihrer Starrsetzung auch axial registerhaltig ausrichten zu können. Hinzu kommt das Problem des Einlaufens in den Schlitz am Greiferwagen, wo Abweichungen des Greiferwagens gegenüber der Sollage schlagartig beseitigt werden.Devices of the type mentioned are generally known and e.g. in CH-PS 653 614. Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht insbesondere darin, daß die Greiferwagen durch die gleiche Fanggabel axial vorausrichtbar und danach axial, tangential und radial paßgerecht ausrichtbar sind. Für eine axiale Ausrichtung des Greiferwagens 3 in zwei Stufen besitzt die Fanggabel 11 gemäß Fig. 4 eine erste Flanke 16 geringfügig unter dem Maß a einer zweiten Flanke 15. Das Untermaß der Flanke 16 beträgt a - 0,05 mm für eine Vorausrichtung und die Flanke 15 weist das genaue Maß a für eine paßgerechte Bogenübergabe auf. Eine Einlaufzone 14 ist vorgesehen, um radiale Stöße aufzufangen. In einem Schlitz des Greiferwagens 3 sind ferner gehärtete Führungsplatten 17, 18 vorgesehen, in denen die Fanggabeln 11 geführt wird. Durch die unterschiedlich starken Flanken 15, 16 wird zugleich im Zusammenwirken mit den gehärteten Führungsplatten 17, 18 ein beruhigter verschleißarmer Einlauf erreicht. Zusätzliche Mittel zur axialen Ausrichtung des Greiferwagens sind nicht mehr vorgesehen, wie das bisher stets erforderlich war.For an axial alignment of the

Claims (2)
- Transfer and transport device for sheets between the print units (1, 2) of a multicolour printing press by means of gripper carriages (3) movable on rails (12) which are driven via slide connections (7, 8) by endless chains (4) and which are aligned on the take-off (5) and feed drum (6) by circulating catch forks (11) and cam rolls (10) engaging in the catch forks (11), characterised in that one catch fork (11) per drum (5, 6) has differentially thick flanks (15, 16) and that the flanks (15, 16) are guided against hardened guide plates (17, 18) in the gripper carriage (3).
