Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cooling cell with a floor, four with at least one door side walls and a ceiling, which are each made of large-area components, the components of the ceiling being mounted on the upper end faces of the components forming the side walls.
Such cold rooms are known. Large-area components such as those shown and described in DE-OS 3 445 895 are used for their manufacture.
The invention has for its object to provide a particularly inexpensive and in terms of insulation value in a simple way to adapt to the respective requirements cooling cell.
The solution to this problem by the invention is characterized in that at least the side walls and the ceiling are formed of two shells from spaced apart and separated by an additional layer of insulation from each other and that the inner shell of the side walls forming components by the thickness of the inner Shell of the ceiling and the thickness of the insulating layer arranged in the ceiling shorter than the components forming the outer shell of the side walls and the components forming the inner shell of the ceiling both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction of the cooling cell by the thickness of the outer shell of the side walls forming components and the thickness of the insulating layer arranged in the side walls is shorter.
The cooling cell according to the invention can be produced in a particularly simple manner from large-area components such as are known, for example, from DE-OS 3 445 895. The inventive double-skin design of the side walls and the ceiling not only results in the possibility of precisely adapting the heat transfer value through the ceiling or the side walls to the respective requirements, but also a particularly simple construction in order to reliably match the components of the ceiling with those of the side walls connect. According to the respective requirements, the insulation layer can be made not only from the cheapest material in each case, but also with a thickness that is adapted to the respective conditions, so that cooling cells can be produced without difficulty with the insulation effect adapted to the respective requirements.
According to a further feature of the invention, the floor can also be designed with two shells from a floor slab corresponding to the dimensions of the inner shell of the ceiling, an insulation layer resting on the floor slab and a concrete screed as a walkable layer.
To develop the invention, a gas-tight film, preferably made of aluminum or plastic, is arranged between the components forming the side walls or the ceiling. This results in a gas-tight cooling cell which enables the refrigerated goods to be gassed without the risk of gas escaping from the cooling cell.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the insulation layer is laminated onto one of the components, it is of course also possible to apply an insulation layer with half the layer thickness to both components.
When using components that are provided with edge profiles with undercuts forming grooves, according to a further feature of the invention, a particularly simple construction results if the edge profiles of the components forming a side wall or the ceiling are arranged opposite one another and by introducing them into the Grooves penetrating local foam to be connected. This local foam, which is produced, for example, on hard polyurethane, penetrates into the grooves of both the adjacent and the opposing edge profiles in such a way that they are reliably connected to one another. Of course, no insulation layer is arranged in the region of the edge profiles in this embodiment.
In an alternative embodiment, the edge profiles of the components forming a side wall or the ceiling are arranged offset with respect to one another and clamped to the respectively adjacent edge profile by a profile strip. In this case, the opposite components are connected by a plastic thread penetrating the components and the insulation layer, one end of which is fixed to a profile strip and the other end of which is fixed to the outer cover layer of the component by means of a plug.
In both cases, there is a particularly simple connection of the components forming the two-shell side walls or ceiling, without the bridges resulting in cold bridges.
- Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Kühlzelle,
- 1 is a perspective view of a cold room,
- 2 shows a vertical section through the cooling cell according to FIG. 1,
- 3 shows a horizontal section at different heights through the part of a side wall,
- 4 shows a representation of an alternative embodiment corresponding to FIG
- 5 shows a detail of FIG. 4 on the basis of a horizontal partial section.
The cooling cell shown in perspective in FIG. 1 using an exemplary embodiment has four
The vertical section in FIG. 2 shows that the
The longitudinal section in Figure 2 also shows that the outside lying
In order to obtain a
As can be seen in FIG. 3, no
In the second embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5,
In this embodiment, too, there is a cold bridge-free connection of the
