Abstract

Zur wahlweisen Kombination von Langfeldleuchten (1, 2) zu Lichtbändern beliebiger Länge ist es üblich, die Leuchtengehäuse (3) der Langfeldleuchten (1, 2) stirnseitig mit lösbaren Abschlußplatten 4 zu versehen, die auf Umschlag ineinander verankert werden können. Um hier eine möglichst einfache Montage zu verwirklichen, wird vorgeschlagen, die Abschlußplatten (4) außenseitig mit auf Umschlag ineinander fügbaren Steckrahmen (4d, 4f) zu versehen und als Endabschlüsse für solche Lichtbänder Endkappen (8) vorzusehen, die auf der Innenseite zum Eingriff mit dem Steckrahmen (4d, 4f) der zugehörigen Abschlußplatten (4) einen entsprechenden Steckrahmen (4d, 4f) aufweisen.

Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine lichtbandfähige Langfeldleuchte mit einem wannenförmigen über Pendel oder unmittelbar an einer Decke befestigbarem Leuchtengehäuse, das mit lösbaren, die Lampenfassung tragenden stirnseiteigen Abschlußplatten versehen ist.
    • Zugrundeliegender Stand der Technik
  • Lichtbandfähige Langfeldleuchten der erwähnten Art sind beispielsweise durch die Literaturstelle US-PS 3, 599, 911 bekannt. Die Abschlußplatten sind hier Belchstanzteile mit abgewinkelten Rändern, über die sie am Leuchtengehäuse mittels Schrauben oder Nieten befestigt sind. Um eine gegenseitige Verankerung der Abschlußplatten aneinander grenzender Leuchteneinheiten zu ermöglichen weisen die Abschlußplatten auf Umschlag ineinander greifende Haken und Ösen auf. Bei dieser gegenseitigen Art der Verankerung ist es zunächst erforderlich, aneinander grenzende Leuchteneinheiten zunächst bei seitlichem Versatz auf Anschlag zusammenzufügen, und dann die gewünschte Verriegelung zwischen den Abschlußplatten dadurch herbeizuführen, daß der seitliche Versatz rückgängig gemacht wird. Im allgemeinen sind hier nachträgliche Justierarbeiten erforderlich, um ein einwandfreies Fluchten der aneinander grenzenden Leuchteneinheiten im Lichtband sicherzustellen.
    • Offenbarung der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, für eine lichtbandfähige Langfeldleuchte der einleitend genannten Art eine weitere Lösung anzugeben, die die erwähnten Justierarbeiten überflüssig macht und damit die Montagezeit in wünschenswerter Weise abkürzt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung durch die in Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
  • Die Ausbildung der Abschlußplatten auf der Außenseite in Form von auf Umschlag ineinander greifenden Steckrahmen ermöglicht es, aneinander zu fügende Leuchteneinheiten in einfacher Weise ineinander zu stecken um die gewünschte Verbindung herzustellen.
  • Zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den weiteren Schutzansprüchen 2 und 3 angegeben.
    • Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnung
  • In der Zeichnung bedeuten die der näheren Erläuterung der Erfindungdienenden Figuren
    • Fig. 1 die schematische Darstellung eines aus zwei Langfeldleuchten gebildeten Lichtbandes im vertikalen Längsschnitt
    • Fig. 2 eine der Lichtbandanordnung nach Figur 1 entsprechende Darstellung der Leuchtengehäuse mit den Abschlußplatten und den abzuschließenden Endkappen in perspektivischer Explosionsdarstellung.
    Bester Weg zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Die schematische Darstellung nach Figur 1 zeigt zwei Langfeldleuchte 1 und 2 mit der Länge L, die gemeinsam zu einem Lichtband der Länge 2L zusammengefügt sind. Jede Langfeldleuchte besteht aus einem Leuchtengehäuse 3 in Form einer u-förmigen Rinne, die jeweils auf beiden Stirnseiten von einer vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff gefertigten Abschlußplatte 4 begrenzt ist. Die Abschlußplatten 4, die identisch gestaltet sind, tragen auf der Innenseite jeweils eine Lampenfassung 5. In zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Lampenfassungen einer Langfeldleuchte 2 ist eine Leuchtstoffröhre 6 eingesetzt. Weiterhin sind die Leuchtengehäuse 3 der Langfeldleuchten 1 und 2 auf seiten ihrer Lichtöffnung mit einem Raster 7 abgedeckt. Die Raster sind an den Anschlußplatten 4 mittels über deren leistenförmige Halterungen 4a übergreifgenden Federbügel 7a lösbar gehaltert. Die unmittelbar aneinander grenzenden Abschlußplatten 4 der Langfeldleuchten 1 und 2 sind steckbar ineinander verankert. Entsprechendes gilt für die Halterung der die äußeren Abdeckplatten 4 des aus den Langfeldleuchten 1 und 2 bestehnden Lichtbandes abdeckenden Endkappen 8.
  • Diesen Sachverhalt zu verdeutlichen dient die Figur 2, die die Anordnung nach Figur 1 in ihren Details in p erspektivischer Explosionsdarstellung, und zwar ohne die Leuchtstoffröhren 6 und das Raster 7, zeigt.
  • Die Abschlußplatten 4, die alle gleich gestaltet sind, weisen einen äußeren Rahmen 4b auf, der der lichten Weite des Leuchtengehäuses 3 angepaßt und nach unten offen ist. Mit diesem seinem Rahmen 4b ist eine Abschlußplatte 4 jeweils von einer Seite in das Leuchtengehäuse 3 eingeschoben und zwar auf Anschlag an nippelartigen Ansätzen 4c und in dieser Stellung mittels Federrast bzw. einer Schraubklemme, die in Figur 2 nicht dargestellt ist, fixiert.
  • Wie Figur 2 ferner zeigt, sind die Abschlußplatten 4 an der Unterseite, die dabei der Lichtöffnungsseeite des Leuchtengehäuses 3 entspricht, gegenüber der Unterseite des Rahmens 4b verkürzt und tragen in ihrem Mittelteil die bereits erwähnten leistenförmigen Halterungen 4a für das Raster 7. Für Kabeldurchführungen können die Anschlußplatten 4, was in Figur 2 nicht dargestellt ist, auch noch zusätzlich Öffnungen aufweisen.
  • Auf ihrer der Lampenfassung 5 gegenüberliegnden Seite, die hierbei jeweils die Außenseite einer Abschlußplatte 4 darstellt, geht der Rahmen 4 in einen Steckrahmen nach Art einer Nut und Feder über, wobei die Nut mit 4d und die Feder mit 4f bezeichnet sind. Die Unterteilung längs der Rahmenstirnseite in eine Nut 4d und eine Feder 4f ist so vorgenommen, daß die Steckrahmen auf Umschlag ineinander steckbar sind. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 2 sind die Steckrahmen so gestaltet, daß der Rahmen 4b auf seiten des Steckrahmens zur Hälfte als Nut 4d und zur Hälfte als Feder 4f ausgeführt ist. Die Unterteilung kann natürlich in beliebiger Weise auch anders erfolgen, beispielsweise in abwechselenden Abschnitten längs des umlaufenden Rahmens in Nut- und Federanschnitte.
  • Die nippelartigen Ansätze 4c die auf seiten des Steckrahmens am äußeren Rand des Rahmens 4 vorgesehen sind, dienen auch beim Zusammenstecken zweier Abschlußplatten 4 gleichzeitig als Anschlag für die nahe Stirnfläche des anschließenden Leuchtengehäuses 3.
  • Die Endkappen 8 sind nach Art eines Deckels mit einem umlaufenden Seitenrand 8a gestaltet, dessen freier Rand entsprechend dem Steckrahmen der Abschlußplatten 4 ebenfalls als Steckrahmen mit einer Nut 4d und einer Feder 4f gestaltet ist.
  • Wie Figur 2 weiterhin zeigt, ist das Leuchtengehäuse auf seiten seiner Lichtöffnung an beiden Seiten als u-förmige Randschiene 3a gestaltet in die der hier offene Rahmen 4b einer Abschlußplatte 4 jeweils eingreift und sich gegen den Boden dieser u-förmigen Randschiene 3a abstützt.
    • Gewerbliche Verwertbarkeit
  • Die Erfindung ist insbesondere für den Masseneinsatz von Innenleuchten von für Dienstleistungen jeglicher Art verwendeten Zweckbauten geeignet, wo sie je nach Bedarf als Einzelleuchte oder aber auch mit weiteren Leuchten zu Lichtbändern beliebiger Länge komnbiniert werden kann.

Claims (3)

1. Lichtbandfähige Langfeldleuchte mit einem wannenförmigen über Pendel unmittelbar an einer Decke befestigbaren Leuchtengehäuse, das mit lösbaren, die Lampenfassungen tragenden stirnseitigen Abschlußplatten versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschlußplatten 4 außenseitig mit auf Umschlag ineinander fügbaren Steckrahmen (4d, 4f) versehen sind, so daß aneinander grenzende Langfeldleuchten (1,2) fluchtend ineinander steckbar sind und daß die so gestalteten Abschlußplatten (4) zur Realisierung eines stirnseitigen Endabschlußes eines Lichtbandes mit einer Endkappe (8) abdeckbar sind, die innenseitig zum Eingriff mit dem Steckrahmen der betreffenden Abschlußplatte einen entsprechenden Steckrahmen (4d, 4f) aufweist.

Lichtbandfähige Langfeldleuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschlußplatte (4), deren Steckrahmen (4d, 4f) zur Lichtöffnung des Leuchtengehäuses (3) hin offen ist, auf seiten der Öffnung des Steckrahmens in eine leistenförmige Halterung (4a) für e in die Lichtöffnung des Leuchtengehäuses abdeckendes Raster (7) ausmündet.
3. Lichtbandfähige Langfeldleuchte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckrahmen (4d, 4f) der Abschlußplatten (4) wandseitig mit nippelartigen Ansätzen (4c) versehen sind.
