Claims (5)

  1. Maschine für die Produktion von Baublöcken aus stabilisierter Erde, die ein Traggestell (1) aufweist mit an dem einen Ende dieses Gestells einem Erdenausfüllungsbehälter (2), der oberhalb eines Trichters (5) in der Richtung nach einer Einheit (E) verschiebbar ist, um die Gestaltung und die Kompaktierung eines oder mehrerer Blöcke zu bewirken,wobei die Einheit (E) aus einem durch einen Druckzylinder angesteuerten Stampfer (6) besteht, damit der Stampfer vertikal in der Höhe in gleichachsiger Weise zu dem Formgebungstrichter (5) verschiebbar sein kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stampfer (6) herausragende, profilierte Gesenke (25) aufweist, die in der eingefahrenen Stellung mit ergänzenden, innenseitigen Abdrücken einer Giessform (19) zusammenwirken können, die für die Herstellung am wenigstens eines Blocks mit einer oder mehreren aufmündenden Aushöhlungen vorgesehen sind,wobei die besagte Giessform (19) mit Höhenverstellungsmöglichkeit dem Trichter (5) zugeordnet ist, der durch Mittel zur Höhenverstellung in gleichachsiger Weise zum Kompaktierungsstampfer (6) angesteuert wird, und dass der Boden des genannten Trichters (5) aus einer abnehmbaren, unabhängigen Platte (20) besteht, die in Abstützung auf einen in seiner Stellung feststehenden Schwingungstisch (21) angeordnet ist, wobei die besagte, als Boden der Giessform (19) dienende Platte (20) seitlich verschiebbar ausserhalb der Einheit (E) angebracht ist, um das Herausnehmen des Blocks aus der Form und das Wegnehmen des Blocks, in der oberen Stellung des Stampfers (6) und der dem Trichter (5) zugeordneten Giessform (19) zu ermöglichen.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formgebungstrichter (5) aus einem Grundrahmen (18) besteht, der die Zwischengiessform (19) in abnehmbarer Weise aufnimmt, wobei die seitlichen Wandungen dieser Giessform zur Höhenverstellung in Kombibination mit den Seitenflächen des Rahmens ausgestaltet oder ausgeführt sind, damit die Füllungstiefe verändert werden kann.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundrahmen (18) des Formgebungstrichters frei verschiebbar an vier Führungsständer (22) entlang angebracht ist, auf welche der Stampfer (6) auch frei verschiebbar angeordnet ist, wobei der genannte Rahmen den beiden Querzylindern (23) und (24) zugeordnet ist, die in Gleichlauf gestemert und auf einen feststehenden Teil der Maschine montiert sind.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Giessform (19) in Kombination mit den Seitenflächen des Rahmens (18) abnehmbar angeordnet ist, wobei die besagte Giessform mehrere innenseitige vertikale Trennwände (19a) in der Querrichtung zur Bildung verschiedener parallelepipedischen Abteilungen aufweist, und jede eine dieser Abteilungen einem oder mehreren Kernstücken (19c) zugeordnet ist, die die Abdrücke begrenzen, indem der Boden geöffnet ist und mit der eingebauten abnehmbaren Platte (20) zusammenwirkt.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem innenseitigen Querschnitt der Giessform (19) zusammenarbeitende, wirksame Teil des Stampfers (6) die von der Unterfläche dieses wirksamen Teils aus hinausragenden, abnehmbaren, profilierten Gesenke (25) aufweist, wobei die Formgebung dieser Gesenke den Abdrücken der Giessform (19) ergänzend ist.
