Description

The invention relates to a fence system with posts anchored at a distance from one another in the ground and lattice works held on the posts, such as wire or bar grids.

Fence systems serve to enclose property and at the same time to secure it. In order to increase the security effect, it is known to equip the fence system with alarm devices which respond when the fence is shaken or when the fence fields are destroyed or tension wires running along these fields. Such alarm devices can also be designed so that the respective location of the triggering of the alarm can be seen in a control center. However, the alarm system itself cannot prevent the area from being fenced in by the fence system.

Experience has shown that overcoming fence systems or to penetrate into the areas secured by fence systems, with which people and equipment are brought into the security zone in order to penetrate into the objects to be secured or to destroy them.

The passage openings provided in the fence systems are usually protected by gates with a correspondingly robust design and also in the passages by so-called passage barriers, while the fence represents an obstacle that is very easy to overcome and has a low protection value.

The invention has for its object to design a fence system of the type described so that a protective effect, similar to that which can be achieved by means of the gates or passage barriers, is achieved even over great lengths of the fence.

The above object is alternatively achieved by the features characterized in claim 1 and claim 6.

The new breakthrough protection of the fence can be created with relatively little effort over long distances and can be designed so that even medium-duty trucks cannot overcome this obstacle at their speeds achievable in open terrain and in the event of an attempt to break through it is damaged and most likely damaged become unable to drive.

In connection with the alarm systems described above, either from the fence or from the Breakthrough protection can be triggered, there is a particularly high security value of the fence system against intrusion with simultaneous display of the location of a respective intrusion attempt.

Due to the fact that the breakthrough protection is arranged on the side of the fence facing the fencing area, it can only be reached by unauthorized persons after the fence itself has been overcome and may be deactivated.

The load limiting elements and the tendons as well as the anchoring posts can be dimensioned in such a way that the tendons will definitely not burst during an attempt to break through.

Both through the elastically deformable load limiting elements provided according to claim 1 and with the tubular, permanently deformable load limiting elements mentioned in claim 6, an energy-absorbing effect and thus a delay in movement of the vehicle used for the breakthrough attempt and thereby that of the tendons after the deformation of the load limiting elements alone has taken place forces to be absorbed. The tubular, permanently deformable load limiting elements can only be used once compared to the elastically deformable load limiting elements, but they have the great advantage that they are much more economical to manufacture and can be easily replaced. Apart from that, it will be necessary to repair the fence system anyway in the event of a breakthrough attempt the replacement of the load limiting elements that is then to be carried out is easily possible without great effort.

The breakthrough anchorage posts need not be the same distance as the fence posts. As a rule, it is sufficient if the anchoring posts are arranged at a multiple distance from the fence posts.

For fence systems with elastically deformable limiting elements, further expedient forms of training are specified in subclaims 3 to 5.

A particularly expedient embodiment of the fence system with tubular, permanently deformable load limiting elements is mentioned in claim 7.

Regardless of whether elastically deformable or permanently deformable limiting elements are used, it is advisable to design the tendons as tensioning ropes at least in the area of the ends and to provide coupling parts designed in the manner of jaw couplings between these ends and the abutment plates resting on the load limiting elements. and spacer bolts are connected to the abutment plates. The tension and spacer bolts can expediently be designed as clamping bolts with clamping nuts. When using elastically deformable load limiting elements, the clamping bolts and clamping nuts can simultaneously serve to preload these load limiting elements.

Further expedient embodiments for the two alternative solutions according to claims 1 and 6 are specified in subclaims 10 to 14.

The fence system shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has fence posts 1 which are arranged at the same distance from one another and, in the example shown, are designed as hollow posts which are triangular in cross-section and taper upwards. A lattice work 2 is attached to the fence post 1 in a known manner and extends over the entire length of the fence. In the example shown, the latticework 2 is in the form of a wire mesh.

Die Zaunpfosten 1 tragen an ihren oberen Enden Stacheldrahthalter 3, an denen als Übersteigsicherung Stacheldraht 4 in mehreren parallel zueinander verlaufenden Strängen gehalten ist.The fence posts 1 carry barbed wire holders 3 at their upper ends, on which barbed wire 4 is held in a plurality of strands running parallel to one another as a climbing protection.

The wire mesh 2 is on the outside of the fence posts 1, i.e. attached on the side facing away from the enclosure area.

On the other side of the fence, i.e. the side facing the fence or the post 1, the fence is provided directly with anchoring posts 5, which are held relatively deep and firmly in the ground, as in FIG. 1 by the foundation plates connected to the anchoring posts 5a is indicated.

The anchoring posts 5 are each arranged in close proximity to one another in pairs. Between the mutually facing anchoring posts 5 of adjacent pairs, two tendons 6 and 6a are each held as breakdown safeguards against motor vehicles in the example shown, which are designed as tensioning or steel cables in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 6. Instead of the tensioning cables, steel chains can also be provided as tendons over the major part or the entire length.

The distance between the anchoring posts 5 assigned to the respective tendons 6 or 6a is substantially greater than the distance between adjacent fence posts 1. In the example shown, the distance between the anchoring posts 5 is approximately five times the distance between the fence posts 1.

The anchoring posts 5 are also dimensioned much smaller in height than the fence posts 1. They protrude above the ground only to such an extent that the tendons 6 and 6a run approximately at the height of the axle or chassis of conventional trucks, the violent penetration of which by the fence system enclosed enclosure should be prevented.

As can be seen particularly clearly from FIGS. 3 and 4, the tendons 6 and 6a are supported on the fence posts 5 by means of load limiting elements 7, which are accommodated within the fence post 5 in the example shown. The tension members 6 and 6a designed as tensioning ropes are equipped at their free ends with thimbles 8 which engage in coupling parts 9 which are designed in the manner of jaw couplings and which have a coupling bolt 10 which extends through the eyelet-shaped section of the thimble 8. The coupling parts 9 are connected to tension and spacer bolts 10 which extend through the anchoring post 5 and are also formed by an abutment plate 11 and at their free ends as threaded bolts for receiving clamping nuts 12.

The load limiting elements 7 are supported with their end facing away from the abutment plate 11 via a contact plate 11a on the inside of the wall 5a of the anchoring post 5. The contact plate 11a can be firmly connected to the associated load limiting element 7. The abutment plate 11 can also be arranged at the same time as an abutment plate on the load limiting element 7.

The load limiting elements 7 are formed in the example shown as buffers made of cellular plastic, which are held in their dimensions so that they can be received in a protected manner in the cavity 5b formed by the anchoring posts in the upper region of these posts.

In order to achieve the necessary stability of the anchoring posts 5, they are constructed using T-shaped or U-shaped profile parts, as indicated in FIGS. 3 and 4.

A box-shaped cover 13 is detachably connected to the anchoring post 5 in order to protect the ends of the tension and spacer bolts 10 and the clamping nuts 12 projecting above the respective anchoring posts and also for revision purposes.

The tendons 6 and 6a, which are designed as tensioning cables, are guided along the fence posts 1. For this purpose, the fence posts 1 according to FIG. 5 are equipped with support beams 14 which project transversely from the fence posts and are adjustable in height on the posts. The height-adjustable fastening of the support beams 14 to the fence posts 1 is carried out by means of schematically illustrated clamps 15. On the free legs of the U-shaped support beams 14, which point away from the fence posts 1, U-shaped guide brackets 16 are held, through which the tensioning cables 6 6a or 6a extend with little movement so that they are only slidably guided in the longitudinal direction by the mentioned bracket 16. In this way, sagging or pressing down of the tensioning ropes 6 and 6a in the area between the anchoring posts 5 is avoided. Rather, the tendons are held over their entire length in the desired and set height in order to exert their impact protection.

Die Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen eine andere Ausbildung der auf der Einfriedungsseite vorgesehenen Anordnung der eigentlichen Durchbruchsicherung, bestehend aus den Verankerungspfosten mit zugehörigen Spanngliedern und Lastbegrenzungselementen.6 and 7 show another embodiment of the arrangement of the actual breakthrough protection provided on the enclosure side, consisting of the anchoring posts with associated tendons and load limiting elements.

The arrangement according to FIGS. 6 and 7 has instead of the separate anchoring posts 5 arranged directly adjacent to one another at a distance from the above-mentioned posts 5 anchoring posts 25 which, in the example shown, consist of a double-T profile, on which the tendons 6 and 6 on both sides 6a are held over thimbles 8 and coupling parts 9 and clamping screws 10.

In the example shown, hairpin-shaped pull loops 26 are fastened, for example welded, to the free legs of the double-T profile of the post 25, which loops receive the load limiting elements 27 which are shaped as tubular and can be deformed by being compressed. These are relatively short pipe sections, which only extend over the distance between the tendons 6 and 6a, the diameter, the wall thickness and also the material for the pipe sections depending on the forces to be absorbed to their permanent Deformation can be selected.

The tension and spacer bolts 10 can extend through the loops 26, the tubular load limiting elements 27 and through the abutment plates 11, which are formed by profile parts 28 in the exemplary embodiment in FIGS. 6 and 7.

In the illustrated embodiment, however, the tension and spacer bolts 10 extend above or below the loops 26 and tubular load limiting elements 27 only through the abutment profile parts 28 which are fastened, for example welded, to the tubular load limiting elements 27.

The tendons 6 and 6a of the arrangements according to FIGS. 6 and 7 are guided in the same way as in the execution of the fence system according to FIGS. 1 to 4 on the fence post 1, as shown in FIG. 5.

Depending on the size of the forces to be absorbed until the tubular load limiting elements 27 are permanently deformed, the load limiting elements designed as tube sections can be dimensioned accordingly in terms of their diameter, the wall thickness and also by the choice of material.

The arrangement of the tubular load-limiting elements 27 in the pull loops 26 has the advantage that the tubular load-limiting elements 27 are additionally supported over approximately half their circumference and thereby experience additional stabilization against permanent deformation.
