Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour marger en position correcte une feuille (13, 6) alimentée à partir d'un ensemble de feuilles qui se chevauchent, le dispositif étant monté en-dessous de la table de marge (3) et en amont de taquets de marge avant (4) d'une presse rotative à feuilles, et comportant, en amont des taquets de marge avant (4), en se référant à la direction de déplacement des feuilles, et à proximité de ces taquets, des rouleaux d'aspiration (1) à buses d'aspiration (24) pouvant être sollicitées de manière régulée dans le temps, par de l'air d'aspiration réglable quant à sa dépression,
    caractérisé
    - en ce que les rouleaux d'aspiration (1), en-dessous des feuilles, peuvent être pivotés au-dessus du plan de la table de marge (3), entre un point d'inversion inférieur et supérieur, dans et à l'encontre de la direction de déplacement des feuilles,
    - en ce que le mouvement de pivotement peut être commandé de manière à pouvoir communiquer un mouvement de soulèvement à la feuille (13) entrainée,
    - en ce que l'air d'aspiration peut être enclenché à proximité immédiate du point d'inversion inférieur, pour la saisie de la feuille inférieure suivante (6), et
    - en ce que les rouleaux d'aspiration peuvent être entraînée à la vitesse de bandes sans fin (5) en révolution de la table de marge, par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission à élément de traction (12) ou analogue.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en amont, en se référant à la direction de déplacement des feuilles, et à proximité des rouleaux d'aspiration (1) animés d'un mouvement oscillant alternatif, sont disposés des rouleaux d'aspiration fixes (17), rouleaux entre-lesquels est disposé un dispositif de désionisation d'air de soufflage (18), en ce que les rouleaux d'aspiration (1) animés d'un mouvement oscillant alternatif et les rouleaux d'aspiration fixes (17) peuvent être entraînés à le vitesse des bandes sans fin (5) de la table de marge, par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission à élément de traction (12), et en ce que de l'air de soufflage désionisé peut être insufflé de manière synchronisée entre la feuille supérieure (13) entraînée et la feuille suivante inférieure (6) transportée sous l'effet de l'aspiration, cette insufflation pouvant être interrompue de manière régulée dans le temps, juste avant que la feuille inférieure suivante (6) recouvre des buses de soufflage d'air (21) du dispositif de désionisation d'air de soufflage (18).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement des rouleaux d'aspiration (1) animés d'un mouvement oscillant alternatif se fait par l'intermédiaire du point de rotation d'un arbre (19) monté avec son axe en position fixe dans la table de marge.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement des rouleaux d'aspiration (1) animés d'un mouvement oscillant alternatif se fait par l'intermédiaire du point de rotation (20) des rouleaux d'aspiration fixee (17).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de pivotement des rouleaux d,aspiration (1) animés d'un mouvement oscillant alternatif peut être commandé de manière réglable quant à la course et au point d'entrée en action, au moyen d'un système d'entraînement à excentrique (8, 10, 11; 22, 10, 11).
