Claims (5)

  1. Zündspule, insbesonders für einen Kraftfahrzeug-Verbrennungsmotor, in der Bauart mit geschlossenemmagnetischem Kreis, allgemein bestehend aus einem zentralenmagnetkern, um den der primäre und der sekundäre Wickelkörper (2) angeordnet sind, welche die Primär- und Sekundärwicklungen (3) tragen, wobei dieselben jeweils mit einem Steckverbinder primärseitig und einem Hochspannungsausgang (20) verbunden sind, und aus einer doppelten Magnetflußrückkreis, die auf beiden Seiten des zentralen Magnetkerns angeordnet ist, wobei die Konstruktion nach dem Einsetzen in ein Kunststoffgehäuse in ein Kunstharz eingebettet wird, und insbesondere Mitteln zum elektrischen Anschluß der Sekundärwicklung (3) an den besagten Hochspannungsausgang (20), bestehend aus einer teilweise in einer Kunststoffbuchse (21) gelagerten Metallspindel (22), wobei diese Anschlußmittel in einer solchen Weise angeordnet sind, daß die elektrische Verbindung vor dem Einsetzen der so gebildeten Konstruktion in das Gehäuse der Zündspule hergestellt wird, wobei die Mittel für den elektrischen Anschluß unter anderem aus einer Metallklammer (30) in Form einer Haarnadel bestehen, deren einer Arm (30a, 30b) mit dem Ende der Sekundärwicklung (3) verbunden ist und deren anderer Arm (30a, 30b) sich in elektrischer Verbindung mit der Metallspindel (22) des Hochspannungsausgangs (20) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallklammer (30) auf einem der Endflansche (4) oder (5) des Sekundärwickelkörpers festgehalten wird, und zwar mittels eines Bügels (6), der einstückig mit dem Wickelkörper gefertigt ist und in den ein Arm (30a, 30b) der Metallklammer (30) eingeführt ist, und mittels einer Noppe (9), die in elastischer Weise in den mittleren Teil der besagten Klammer einrastet, wobei die Arme (30a, 30b) der Klammer zur Außenseite des Umfangs des besagten Sekundärwickelkörpers (2) hin ausgerichtet werden.
  2. Zündspule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hochspannungsbuchse (21), welche die Metallspindel (22) trägt, auf einem der Endflansche (4) des Sekundärwickelkörpers (2) in einer solchen Stellung gehalten wird, daß die Achse der Metallspindel (22) in fiktiver Weise einen der Arme (30a, 30b) der Matallklammer (30) schneidet.
  3. Zündspule nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrische Verbindung zwischen einem der Arme (30a, 30b) der Metallklammer (30) und der Metallspindel (22) des Hochspannungsausgangs (20) mit Hilfe eines Metallstegs (31) oder (32) hergestellt wird.
  4. Zündspule nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallstege (31) und (32) an einem ihrer Enden eine Öse (33) aufweisen, die um das untere Ende der Metallspindel (22) zu liegen kommt.
  5. Zündspule nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zur Positionierung zwischen dem Metallsteg (22) und dem Hochspannungsausgang (20) vorgesehen sind, die aus einem an der Endöse (33) des Metallstegs (31) oder (32) befindlichen Zapfen (34) bestehen, welcher Zapfen (34) in einem in der Buchse (21) des Hochspannungsausgangs (20) ausgeführten Sackloch (25) positioniert wird.
