Claims (8)

1. Verfahren zum Anbringen eines Bodens oder Deckels an einen Behälterrumpf, bestehend in:
- Anordnen eines Bodens oder Deckels (12) mit einem nach innen eingerollten Rand (12a) in einer Matrize (18), die mit einer Anrollfläche (20a, 21 a) versehen ist, und zwar in der Weise, daß diese eine Anlagefläche definiert, welche im wesentlichen die Form wenigstens eines Teils der genannten Anrollfläche annimmt;
- Halten des Bodens oder Deckels im wesentlichen ohne Zwang in der genannten Matrize; und
- Angreifenlassen eines Endbereiches des genannten Behälterrumpfes (13) zwischen der genannten Anrollfläche (20a, 21 a) und der genannten Anlagefläche und Unterdrucksetzen des genannten Behälterrumpfes, bis dessen Endbereich angerollt ist und die genannte Anlagefläche einhüllt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, zusätzlich gekennzeichnet durch ein radiales Einspannen (52, 54) der beiden eingerollten Abschnitte des genannten Rumpfes und des genannten Bodens oder Deckels, bis die genannten eingerollten Abschnitte zusammengestaucht sind.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zusammendrücken zwischen zwei rotierenden Rädchen (52, 54) erfolgt.
4. Maschine zum Verbinden eines Behälterrumpfes und eines Bodens oder Deckels, welche aufweist: wenigstens eine Rollmatrize (78), in deren Inneren eine Anrollfläche angeordnet ist, die entlang einem vorbestimmten Umfang in Abhängigkeit von der Form des Behälterrumpfes angeordnet ist, wobei die Matrize eine Hülse (20) oder einen analogen Teil aufweist, die einen ersten radial nach innen weisenden Abschnitt (20a) der Rollfläche definiert, sowie Backen (21), die entlang des vorbestimmten Umfanges angeordnet sind, daß die Backen innerhalb der genannten Hülse beweglich montiert und in Richtung der inneren Wand der Hülse verlagerbar sind, wobei die Backen so ausgebildet sind, daß sie wenigstens teilweise einen zweiten Bereich (21 a) der Rollfläche in Richtung radial nach außen definieren, welche den genannten ersten Bereich verlängern, und zwar in einer angenäherten Stellung der genannten Backen und der genannten Innenwand der Hülse, und daß die erwähnte Rollmatrize Greifmittel (29) aufweist, welche geeignet sind, einen Boden oder Deckel zu halten.
5. Maschine zum Verbinden nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß die erwähnte Rollmatrize einen Druckteil (22) aufweist, der axial beweglich im Inneren der genannten Hülse angeordnet ist und einen Abschnitt (26) von in axialer Richtung variablem Querschnitt aufweist, wobei dieser Abschnitt mit den genannten Backen zusammenwirkt, um diese in Richtung des Innenmantels der Hülse zu drücken, und daß der untere Bereich des Druckteils ein Greifermittel (29) trägt, das geeignet ist, einen Boden oder Deckel zu halten.
6. Maschine zum Verbinden nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Greifermittel (29) ein Saugnapf oder dgl. sind.
7. Maschine zum Verbinden nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Rollmatrize (18) oberhalb eines Kolbens (19) angeordnet ist, der so angepaßt ist, daß er einen Behälterrumpf (13) aufnehmen kann, und der entlang der Betätigungsachse des Druckteils (22) verschiebbar ist.
8. Maschine zum Verbinden nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise jedoch mehrere Anordnungen aus Rollmatrize-Kolben (18, 19) aufweist, die entlang des Umfanges einer Drehtrommel (14) installiert sind, und daß eine Rampe (40) zum Anheben des genannten Kolbens oder ein analoges Betätigungsmittel an einer vorbestimmten Stelle der Nähe des Umfanges der genannten Trommel angeordnet ist, und zwar entlang der Bewegungsbahn des erwähnten Kolbens.
