Claims (8)

  1. Machine à trancher pour produits alimentaires tels que la viande, le saucisson, le fromage ou les produits analogues, avec un bâti de machine (1), un couteau (3) monté à l'aide de paliers sur le bâti de la machine (1) et entraîné à partir d'un moteur (2), un chariot (4) monté pour coulisser sur le bâti de machine (1) et pour recevoir un produit à découper (5) et le conduire jusqu'au couteau (3), un dispositif transporteur (7) pour transporter du couteau (3) les tranches (8) découpées jusqu'à une surface de réception (9), et avec un mécanisme de déchargement (20) pour faire passer les tranches (8) du dispositif transporteur (7) sur la surface de réception (9), dans laquelle le dispositif transporteur (7) est entraîné par un moteur (15) particulier indépendant, des palpeurs (28) sont prévus pour la détection de la position actuelle du chariot (4) et un dispositif (31) d'asservissement en poursuite est relié, d'une part aux palpeurs (28) et d'autre part au moteur (15) et à son capteur de telle sorte que, pendant l'opération de tranchage proprement dite, le dispositif transporteur (7) est commandé en poursuite en synchronisme en fonction de la position du chariot (4), caractérisée en ce que le moteur (15) est accouplé directement au dispositif transporteur (7) de sorte qu'il est une pièce constitutive de ce dispositif transporteur (7) sans interposition d'une liaison mécanique d'entraînement entre ce dispositif transporteur (7) et ce moteur (15), et ce que le moteur (15) du dispositif transporteur (7) sert aussi de frein à ce dispositif transporteur (7).
  2. Machine à trancher selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu il est prévu comme élément palpeur (28) pour détecter la position du chariot un capteur rotatif couplé cinématiquement avec le chariot (4) coulissant.
  3. Machine à trancher selon une quelconque des revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (31) d'asservissement en poursuite commande le moteur (15) du dispositif transporteur (7) de telle façon qu'à partir d'une position de transport déterminée à laquelle l'opération de tranchage proprement dite est terminée, le dispositif transporteur (7) effectue automatiquement un pas d'avance supplémentaire.
  4. Machine à trancher selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la position de transport à partir de laquelle le dispositif transporteur (7) effectue le pas d'avance supplémentaire est préréglable.
  5. Machine à trancher selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la grandeur du parcours effectué lors du pas d'avance supplémentaire est réglable.
  6. Machine à trancher selon une quelconque des revendications 3, 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la longueur totale du parcours effectué par le dispositif transporteur (7), y compris le pas d'avance supplémentaire, est supérieure à la longueur du parcours effectué par le chariot (4).
  7. Machine à trancher selon une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la vitesse de déplacement du dispositif transporteur (7) pendant le pas d'avance supplémentaire est commandée en fonction de la vitesse atteinte par le chariot (7) à l'instant du déclenchement du pas d'avance supplémentaire.
  8. Machine à trancher selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que pendant le pas d'avance supplémentaire, le mécanisme de déchargement (20) décharge du dispositif transporteur (7) en marche la tranche (8) transportée.
