Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abziehvorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Feinplanums nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a pulling device for producing a fine planum according to the preamble of claim 1.
Für das Abziehen eines Planums für Pflasterarbeiten werden typischerweise Abziehbohlen aus Holz oder Metall eingesetzt, in dem diese quer zu sich selbst längs der Oberseite des zuvor verdichteten Planums verschoben werden. Dabei sind zuvor Lehrlatten in das Planum so einzusenken, daß deren Oberkante im Niveau des herzustellenden Feinplanums liegt. Das Arbeiten mit diesen Abziehbohlen ist schon insofern umständlich und beschwerlich, als daß Pflasterbettmaterial wie z.B. Für die Abstützung auf Lehrlatten wird erfindungsgemäß insbesondere vorgesehen, daß die Laufrollen höhenverstellbar bezüglich des Abziehlineals sind, wobei der Verstellbereich regelmäßig so vorzusehen sein wird, daß die Laufrolle insgesamt oberhalb der Schneidenkante des Abziehlineals liegt. Es können dann Lehrlatten so an der Oberfläche eines Grobplanums angeordnet werden, daß die Schneidenkante unterhalb der Unterkante dieser Lehrlatten verläuft. Desgleichen können Lehrlatten auf einen bereits fertiggestellten Feinplanum-Streifen, auf eine bereits vorhandene Pflasterung o. dgl. aufgelegt werden - die Höhenverstellung erlaubt es, ein Feinplanum auf dem gewünschten Niveau herzustellen. Letzteres gilt auch für den Fall, daß bei der streifenweisen Herstellung eines Feinplanums einerseits ein Grobplanum und andererseits ein bereits fertiges Feinplanum vorliegt oder daß auf der einen Seite Bordsteinkanten als Bezugsniveau und Nivellierhilfe dienen.For the support on training slats, it is provided according to the invention in particular that the rollers are height-adjustable with respect to the pull-off ruler, the adjustment area being provided regularly so that the roller is overall above the cutting edge of the pull-off ruler. Die in der Zeichnung insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Abziehvorrichtung umfaßt ein Abziehlineal 2, das typischerweise über mehrere Meter hinweg langgestreckt ist und dessen mittlerer Teil nur aus Gründen der Darstellung herausgebrochen gezeigt ist. Das Abziehlineal wird an seinen beiden seitlichen Stirnenden jeweils über eine Auflagervorrichtung 3 bzw. 4 abgestützt, die hinterseitig eine Laufrolle 5 bzw. 6 aufweist, die in einem sich in einer vorwiegend horizontalen Ebene erstreckenden Rahmen 7 bzw. 8 gelagert ist, welcher vorderseitig eine Abtastkante 9 bzw. 10 ausbildet. Die Auflagervorrichtungen 3 und 4 sind jeweils über eine vorwiegend vertikal gerichtete Säule 11,12 mit einer Spindel 13, 14 und einer oberseitigen Handkurbel 15,16 für die Spindel höhenverstellbar mit dem Abziehlineal 2 verbunden. Die Abziehvorrichtung kann nun ähnlich einer herkömmlichen Abziehbohle über Lehrlatten 21,22 bewegt werden, um bei Bewegung in Richtung eines Pfeils 23 aus einem Grobplanum 24 vor der Abziehvorrichtung ein Feinplanum 25 hinter dieser zu bilden. Allerdings ist es dabei nicht mehr erforderlich, daß die Lehrlatten oder sonstige Nivellierhilfen bis unter das gewünschte Niveau des Feinplanums eingesenkt werden, vielmehr ermöglicht die hochgelegene Anordnung der Rollen 5,6 und insbesondere der Tastkanten 7,8 auch die Verwendung von höherliegenden Bezugskanten. Dementsprechend können auch die Ränder bereits verlegter Pflasterungen, parallellaufende Bordsteinkanten u. dgl. verwandt werden. Aus Fig. 2 und 3 ist u.a. der Höhenversatz zwischen der Oberkante des Feinplanums und der Oberkante der Leerlatte 21 bzw. 22 ersichtlich, wobei letztere nicht in gleicher Höhe zu liegen brauchen, vielmehr sind - insbesondere bei verschiedenen Nivellierhilfen - auch zueinander versetzte Bezugshöhen verwendbar.The pulling device can now be moved in a similar manner to a conventional screed using

- A skimming device for producing a smooth sub-grade on a pavement bed and comprising a straight-edged skimmer (2) adapted for movement along guide boards or like levelling aids (21, 22), the skimmer (2) having on its underside and projecting in the direction of movement (23) a cutting edge (26) on a ramp surface (27) which rises obliquely to a collecting trough (28), and whereby the device is provided at both lateral ends of the straight-edged skimmer (2) with rollers (5, 6), characterised in that the rollers are mounted for vertical adjustment in relation to the cutting edge (26), whereby the skimming device (1) has on each of its two sides a two-point mounting which consists of a roller (5, 6) with an axis disposed behind the cutting edge (26) of the straight-edged skimmer (2) and with a guide arm (7, 8) having a sensing edge (9, 10) mounted in front of the roller.
- A skimming device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the straight-edged skimmer (2) including the collecting trough (28) has a continuous profile.
