Desgleichen können Lehrlatten auf einen bereits fertiggestellten Feinplanum-Streifen, auf eine bereits vorhandene Pflasterung o. dgl. aufgelegt werden - die Höhenverstellung erlaubt es, ein Feinplanum auf dem gewünschten Niveau herzustellen. Claims (5)

1. A skimming device (1) for producing a smooth formation on a pavement bed, having a straight-edged skimmer (2) which is movable along guide boards or the like levelling aids (21, 22) and comprises, at the under side, a cutting edge (26) which projects, in its direction of movement (23), on a ramp surface (27) that rises obliquely to a collecting trough (28), characterised in that it is equipped, at both lateral ends of the straight-edged skimmer (2), with rollers (5, 6) which are mounted for adjustment in height in relation to the cutting edge (26).
2. A skimming device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the straight-edged skimmer (2) including the collecting trough (28) has a continuous profile.
3. A skimming device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the collecting trough (28) is bounded at the rear by a steeply set back plate (29).4. A skimming device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that it is connected, at both lateral ends of the straight-edged skimmer (2), to elevated handles (19, 20).
5. A skimming device according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that it comprises, at each side, a roller (5, 6) with its axis situated behind the cutting edge (26) of the straight-edged skimmer (2) and a guide arm (7, 8) mounted in front of the roller and having a sensing edge (9,10).
