Der Oberbacken kann mit einem Betätigungsnocken versehen sein, an dem die Betätigungseinrichtungen zur Umschaltung des Oberbackens angreifen. Claims (9)

1. Apparatus for the stacking of flat objects, preferably double bags welded off from a synthetic hose web or half hose web with opening edges lying in the zone of their median line,

with a holding plate (15) arranged in the stacking station (S) carrying upwardly projecting stacking pins or needles (4, 5), whereon the objects are threaded on in the zone of their median line
to form stacks (42) which are carried away by the further actuation of the traction means (10, 10′),
with a separating station (T) down the line with a preferably heated cutter (53) that can be moved up and down and which separates the stacks (42) along a median line lying in the conveyance direction,
with spring-loaded clamping means (29, 29) clamping the stacks (42) after their formation onto the stack conveyor at their front edge zones viewed in the conveyance direction, and
with actuating devices fixed to the frame for the release and closure of the clamping means,
characterized in that

in that the clamping means consist respectively of two holding grippers (26, 29; 26′, 29′) whereof one each is fixed to each of the two endless conveyance means (10, 10′).
2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper jaws (29, 29′) of thy holding grippers are mounted on vertical sides (27, 27′) of holding plates bent at right angles or angular sections for pivoting round horizontal transverse pins, and in that the other arms (26, 26′) of the holding plates or the like are fixed to the endless conveyance means (10, 10′) and form the counterjaws of the holding grippers.

Apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the ends of pretensioned tension springs (36) are respectively fixed to fastening devices (34, 35) of the upper jaws (29, 29′) and of the vertical sides (27, 27′) in such a way that their respective line of action passes through the axis of pivoting of the upper jaws (29, 29′) as they are pivoted from their clamping position into the opening position and vice versa, so that the tension spring (36) holds the upper jaws (29, 29′) in their clamping or opening position on both sides of the dead centre position.
4. Apparatus according to one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the upper jaws (29, 29′) are provided with actuation cams (32) whereon there act actuation devices for the change-over of the upper jaws (29, 29′).
5. Apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the actuation devices consist of lifting flanks fixed to the frame.
6. Apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the actuation devices consist of switching plates or the like, provided with drives.
7. Apparatus according to one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the upper jaws (29, 29′) consist of pivoting brackets bent at two points.
8. Apparatus according to one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the upper jaws (29, 29′) consist of two-arm levers whereof one arm forms the clamping bracket and the other (31) carries the switching cam (32).
9. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the stacking needles (4, 5) are heated.
