Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufheben der durch Stanzen von Stapeln aus flachliegenden Werkstücken aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Kunststoffbeuteln, bewirkten Verblockungen der Schnittkanten sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens.The invention relates to a method for removing the blocking of the cut edges caused by punching stacks from flat-lying workpieces made of thermoplastic, preferably plastic bags, and a device for carrying out this method.
Sogenannte Hemdchenbeutel werden beispielsweise in der aus der DE-OS 2 915 689 bekannten Weise dadurch hergestellt, dass aus Stapeln von mit Seitenfalten versehenen Schlauchabschnitten, die endseitig mit Querschweissnähten versehen sind, die Hemdchenausschnitte ausgestanzt werden. Die Praxis hat gezeigt, dass bei den entsprechenden Stanzschnitten die einzelnen Beutel in dem Stapel miteinander und/oder untereinander im Bereich der Schnittkanten verblocken. Diese Verblockung macht sich bei der Entnahme der Beutel von dem Stapel und auch beim Öffnen der einzelnen Beutel störend bemerkbar. Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe bei einem Verfahren der eingangs angegebenen Art dadurch gelöst, dass die Stapel an ihren vorderen Enden erfasst und nach dem Stanzen zumindest über ihren hinteren, mit den Ausstanzungen versehenen Bereichen unter fortschreitender Durchbiegung über mindestens eine Stützkante gezogen werden. Aufgrund des sich mit zunehmendem Abstand von der Stützkante vergrössernden Krümmungsradius der einzelnen Beutel erfahren diese in dem Stapel eine Relativverschiebung zueinander, die unterstützt durch die fortschreitende Durchbiegung des Stapels erzeugte Walkwirkung zu einer Aufhebung der Verblockung der Schnittkanten führt.According to the invention, this object is achieved in a method of the type specified in the introduction in that the stacks are grasped at their front ends and, after punching, are drawn over at least their rear regions provided with the punched-out areas with progressive deflection over at least one supporting edge.
