Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Erstellen von Drahtbünden mit einerseits einer Aufwickeleinrichtung (4), die mit Trommeln (3, 5) ausgerüstet ist und eine Anhalteposition aufweist, in welcher eine der Trommeln in einer Bindestellung eines auf dieser Trommel (3) aufgewickelten Drahtbundes (6) ist, wobei jede der Trommeln eine Ansammlung von Sektoren (15) umfasst die distanziert voneinander um die Achse der Trommel verteilt angeordnet sind, und wobei jeder Sektor ein Schaftelement (18), ein erstes Flankenelement (16), welches am einen Ende des Schaftes angeordnet ist, sowie ein zweites Flankenelement (17) aufweist, und mit andererseits einer Bindeeinrichtung (7) mit Führungsarmen (11, 12) für ein Band, die in der Nähe der Aufwickeleinrichtung (4) angeordnet und eingerichtet ist um eine Abbindstelle zu bestimmen, wobei diese Bindeeinrichtung (7) in Richtung der Achse der sich in der Bindestellung befindlichen Trommel bewegbar ist, und die Arme (11,12) so ausgeführt sind um zwischen zwei Sektore (15) der in der Bindestellung angehaltenen Trommel einzugreifen und sich dann um den Drahtbund (6) zu schliessen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Flankenelemente (17) der Trommeln (3, 5) zum Einstellen der achsialen Breite der Drahtbünde längs der Schaftelemente (18) verschiebebeweglich angeordnet sind, dass die Bindeeinrichtung (7) so ausgeführt ist, dass sich die Abbindstelle im wesentlichen auf einer geraden Linie befindet, welche durch die Schnittstelle einer Ebene, die durch eine frontale Fläche des Drahtbundes (6) gebildet ist, mit einer Ebene in der die Achse des Drahtbundes enthalten ist, bestimmt ist und dass die Bindeeinrichtung längs dieser Geraden beweglich ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsarme (11, 12) an einen in Richtung der genannten geraden Linie bewegbaren Support (10) angelenkt sind, wodurch eine Anpassung der Bindeeinrichtung an Drahtbünde mit unterschiedlichen inneren Durchmesser möglich ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abbindstelle durch die Stellung eines Bindekopfes (13) bestimmt ist, welcher Bindekopf auf dem Support (10) zwischen den genannten Führungsarmen (11, 12) angebracht und auf dem Support in Richtung der genannten geraden Linie in der Nähe einer Ebene, die durch die ersten Flankenelemente (16) der sich in der Bindestellung befindlichen Trommel bestimmt ist, bewegbar ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Bezug zum Support (10) befestigten Führungsarme (11, 12) zum Eingreifen zwischen zwei Sektoren der in der Bindestellung angehaltenen Trommel um parallele Achsen schwenkbar gelagert sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Schwenkachsen der Führungsarme (11, 12) auf der einen und auf der anderen Seite des Bindekopfes (13) angeordnet sind, und dass einer dieser Arme (12) eine Verlängerung umfasst, welche sich im geschlossenen Zustand der Arme (Fig. 5, 6, 7) parallel zur Trommelachse über einen Bereich der achsialen Breite des Drahtbundes erstreckt, welcher in jedem Fall grösser als dessen halbe Breite ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Bindeeinrichtung ein Antriebs- und Steuermittel vorhanden ist, welches befähigt ist den Support mit den angelenkten Armen (11,12) und den Bindekopf (13) unabhängig voneinander, gesteuert durch ein Programm zum automatischen Durchführen des Zusammenbindens eines Drahtbundes an mehreren voneinander getrennten Orten auf seinem äusseren Umfang, zu verschieben, wobei die Orte winkelmässig voneinander beabstandet sind und die Winkel gleich einem ganzzahligen Vielfach vom Winkel eines Trommelsektors sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindeeinrichtung (7) auf jedem ihrer Arme (11, 12) eine Führungskulisse (28) aufweist und auf dem Support der Arme eine Antriebsrolle (21) für das Band und eine durch einen mit einer Feder (25) belasteten Hebel (23) getragene Andruckrolle (22) vorhanden sind, wobei das Band zwischen den beiden Rollen (21, 22) hindurchgeführt ist und die letzteren so zueinander benachbart sind, dass das Band zum Umwickeln des Drahtbundes (6) in der einen Richtung und zum Spannen auf dem Drahtbund in der anderen Richtung antreibbar ist, und wobei das Ende des Bandes an der Abbindstelle befestigbar ist, welche dadurch bestimmt ist, dass der Bindekopf (13) mit der zylindrischen seitlichen Oberfläche des Drahtbundes, während die Rollen (21, 22) in der Spannrichtung angetrieben sind und die Klemmwirkung auf das sich zwischen den Rollen befindliche Band durch die auf das Band ausgeübte Antriebskraft erhöht ist, in Berührung gelangt.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einen der Rollen ein Umdrehungszähler zugeordnet ist, und dass die Steuermittel Mittel zum Berechnen des vom Bandende in der Kulisse bei jedem Bindevorgang zurückgelegten Weges umfassen, um diese Berechnung mit einer Längeneinstellgrösse die bei einem vorgängig durchgeführten Einstellvorgang gemessen worden ist, zu vergleichen, um die Antriebsrolle (21) in der Spannrichtung um eine vorausbestimmte Anzahl .Umdrehungen zu drehen während dem der Bindekopf (13) vorwärts bewegt wird, und um die Rückziehbewegung nach einer vorausbestimmten Umdrehungszahl, die dem Zustand des angespannten Bandes auf dem Drahtbund entspricht, zu unterbrechen, also um kurzgesagt den Bindevorgang zu steuern.
