It therefore has no opportunity to be damaged. On the other hand, the plate 101 which undergoes temperature rises is not very fragile. It will therefore not be easily deteriorated and will also make long use.

Claims (7)
- Zentriervorrichtung zum Bestücken eines Mehrstiftgehäuses mit Stiften, wobei dieses Gehäuse eine Platte mit einer integrierten Schaltung (130) enthalten kann, wobei die Stifte (5) die Form einer Schaft (2) mit einem flachen Kopf (11) haben, wobei diese Schaft sich durch einen flachen, als Gehäuseträger (120) bezeichneten Teil erstreckt, und zwar durch Löcher (3), die vorher metallisiert worden sind, und sich über eine derartige Länge bis jenseits einer der Seiten (121) des Trägers (120) erstreckt, daß die Befestigung des Gehäuses gewährleistet ist, und wobei der flache Kopf (1) auf der anderen Seite (122) des Trägers (120) liegt und zwar unter Zwischenfügung einer metallischen Vorform (14) aus einer Legierung, die dazu geeignet ist, durch Zerschmelzung eine Befestigung der Stifte zu gewährleisten, wobei diese Zentriervorrichtung das Kennzeichen aufweist, daß sie aus drei Teilen gebildet ist, wobei der erste Teil aus einer ersten Metallplatte (100) besteht, der zweite Teil eine zweite Metallplatte (101) ist, die als Zentrierlehre für die Stifte (5) verwendet wird und mit Öffnungen (103) versehen ist, die in einem geometrischen Muster entsprechend dem Muster, in dem die Stifte (5) in dem Gehäuse (120) angebracht werden, vorgesehen sind, und die derart bemessen sind, daß gewährleistet wird, daß die Schaften (2) in den Öffnungen (3) des Gehäuses (120) befestigt und zentriert werden, und wobei der dritte Teil aus einer Befestigungsvorrichtung besteht zum Befestigen des Gehäuseträgers (120) mit den Stiften auf der ersten Metallplatte (100) und daß die gewählten Werkstoffe für die erste Platte (100) einen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten aufweisen, der dem des Gehäuseträgers (120) nahezu entspricht, und zwar in demjenigen Temperaturbereich, in dem die Stifte (5) befestigt werden, wobei diese erste Metallplatte (100), auf der der Gehäuseträger (120) während der Befestigung der Stifte (5) angeordnet ist, das einzige Element ist, das auf diese Befestigungstemperatur gebracht wird.
- Zentriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen des Gehäuseträgers (120) auf der ersten Metallplatte (100) aus den folgenden Teilen besteht:a) mindestens zwei parallelen Streifen (51), deren Dicke geringer ist als der Abstand zwischen zwei Stiften (5), wobei diese Streifen einen integralen Teil mit einer Rückenplatte (52) bilden, einen Zwischenabstand entsprechend dem Abstand zwischen mehreren Stiften (5) gewährleisten und senkrecht zu der ersten Metallplatte (100) in Rillen (61) schieben können, die in einer auf dieser ersten Metallplatte (100) angeordneten ortsfesten Büchse (60) vorgesehen sind;b) einem einen integralen Teil mit dieser ersten Metallplatte (100) bildenden Bügel (53) zwischen der ortsfesten Büchse (60) und dem flachen Teil der ersten Metallplatte (100), auf dem sich der Gehäuseträger (120) befindet, wobei dieser Bügel aus einem hitzefestem Werkstoff hergestellt ist mit elastischen Eigenschaften bei der Befestigungstemperatur der Stifte;c) einer Schraube (55), die in dem oberen Teil des Bügels (53) drehbar ist und eine Platte (56) parallel zu dem oberen Teil des Bügels (53) bewegen kann;wobei die Lage der Platte (56) und die Abmessungen des Bügels (53) derart sind, daß das Ende der Streifen (51) unter die Platte (56) gleiten kann um oberhalb des Gehäuseträgers (120) zwischen die Stifte (5) in Position gebracht zu werden mittels Rillen (102), deren Abstand derselbe ist wie der zwischen den Streifen (51) und wobei diese Rillen in der zweiten Platte (101) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Befestigung durch Anziehung der Schraube (55) erfolgt.
- Zentriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel der Befestigungsvorrichtung aus Bronze-Beryllium besteht.
- Zentriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens zwei auf beiden Seiten des Gehäuseträgers an den parallelen Seiten angeordnete Befestigungs-vorrichtungen aufweist.
- Zentriervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zum Bestücken eines Gehäuses mit Stiften einen keramischen Träger (120) aufweist, daß die Werkstoffe der ersten Platte (100) aus Molybdän und Eisen-Nickel-Kobalt-Legierungen gewählt worden sind, die Befestigung der Stifte (5) mit Hilfe einer Metallzusammenseztung erfolgt, deren Schmelztemperatur etwa 800⁰C beträgt.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Zentriervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden verfahrensschritte aufweist:a) das Einfügen der Stifte (5) in die metallisierten Öffnungen (3) des Trägers (120), wobei der flache Kopf (1) der Stifte (5) auf der als Unterseitebezeichneten, mit ringförmigen Metallisierungen (12) sowie mit ringförmigen Vorformen (14) aus Befestigungslegierungen versehenen Seite (122) des Trägers (120) liegt;b) das Festhalten der flachen Köpfe (1) mit Hilfe der ersten Platte (100) der Vorrichtung;c) das Einfügen der Schaften (2) in die Öffnungen (103) der zweiten Platte (101) der Vorrichtung zur Gewährleistung ihrer Zentrierung;d) das Befestigen des Gehäuses (120) mitten auf der ersten Platte (100) mittels Befestigungsvorrichtungen (5);e) das Entfernen der zweiten Platte (101), die beiseite gelegt wird;f) das Aussetzen der aus Gehäuse und befestigter erster Platte (100) bestehenden Einheit an einer Temperatur, die dazu geeignet ist, das Zerschmelzen der metallischen Befestigungsvorform (14) zu gewährleisten;g) das Abkühlen, Demontieren und Zurückgewinnen der erstren Platte (100) für späteren Gebrauch.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, insofern Anspruch 6 von Anspruch 5 abhängig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stifte aus einer Eisen-Nickel-Kobalt-Legierung bestehen und daß die ringförmigen, die Metallbefestigung bildenden Vorformen aus einer ternären Silber-Kupfer-Nickel-Legierung bestehen in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von etwa 71%, 28% bzw. 1%, wobei die Schmelztemperatur etwa 800⁰C beträgt.
