Claims (6)

1. Dispositif mélangeur statique pour des fluides contenant ou constitués par des particules de matières solides, qui se compose d'un boîtier tubulaire (1) dans lequel est disposé au moins un élément mélangeur comportant deux ou plus de deux entretoises inclinées par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du boîtier (1), le contour externe des entretoises étant adapté à la paroi du boîtier, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément mélangeur présente au minimum trois entretoises (2a, 2b, 2c) se croisant avec des entretoises contiguës, en ce que des entretoises contiguës (2a/2b, 2b/2c) de l'élement mélangeur ont des directions essentiellement opposées par rapport à la section transversale du boîtier tubulaire (1), en ce que les arêtes externes des entretoises extérieures (2a, 2c), ainsi qu'une extrémité d'au moins une entretoise intérieure (2b), sont reliées de façon jointive à la paroi du boîtier (1), en ce que l'entretoise intérieure (2b) est située à distance, à son autre extrémité, de la paroi opposée du boîtier, et en ce que des entretoises contiguës (2a/2b, 2b/2c) présentent un espace libre aux endroits où elles se croisent mutuellement.
2. Dispositif mélangeur statique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément mélangeur comporte plusieurs entretoises internes (4b, 4d, 4e) de préférence en nombre impair.
3. Dispositif mélangeur statique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise interne ou les entretoises internes (4b, 4d, 4e) se rétrécissent vers leur extrémité libre.
4. Dispositif mélangeur statique comportant plusiers éléments selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des éléments mélangeurs successifs décalés de préférence d'un angle de 90° les uns par rapport aux autres sont disposés dans le boîtier tubulaire (1).
5. Dispositif mélangeur statique selon l'une des revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (2a, 2b, 2c) présentent des étranglements dans la zone de leurs points de croisement avec des entretoises contiguës (2a/2b, 2b/2c).
6. Dispositif mélangeur statique selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (2a, 2b, 2c) sont planes.
