Description
Tütenförmige Verpackungen werden sehr häufig für Eistüten verwendet, wobei zum Verzehr der Eiskrem und der diese umhüllenden Waffeltüte die Verpackung wenigstens teilweise entfernt werden muß. Da beim Aufreißen eine zumindest unschöne Aufreißkante entsteht, wird im allgemeinen die Verpackung vollständig entfernt. Das ist aber wiederum unvorteilhaft, weil die Waffeltüten oft undicht sind und damit die Eiskrem beim Flüssigwerden austreten kann. Darüber hinaus ist das vollständige Entfernen der Verpackung auch unhygienisch, da das zum Verzehr bestimmte Füllgut unmittelbar erfaßt wird. Claims (6)
- Cone-shaped pack, which is wound from a flat blank made from a flexible material and is closed along a longitudinal seam (3), where the blank (2,12) has the shape of an asymmetrical segment of a circle, as a result of which an at least approximately pointed end is formed when the blank is wound into a cone shape, where the flexible material includes at least one layer that consists of a monoaxially oriented plastic film, the direction of orientation (orientation line 4) of which goes approximately around the pack, and where at least one tear notch (5) is provided on the section of the blank (2,12) that is on the outside when the longitudinal seam (3) is produced.
- Cone-shaped pack according to claim 1, wherein a projecting tab (13) is provided on the section of the blank (2,12) that is on the outside when the longitudinal seam (3) is produced.
- Cone-shaped pack according to claim 2, wherein the tear notch (5) is provided at the end of the projecting tab (13) facing the point of the pack.
- Cone-shaped pack according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the tab (13) only extends across a limited section of the longitudinal seam and wherein a tear notch (5) is provided on each side of the tab.
- Cone-shaped pack according to one of the previous claims, wherein the bond strength of the longitudinal seam (3) is reduced in the top area of the pack that is to be removed.
- Cone-shaped pack according to one of the previous claims, wherein a triangular cut-out section (8) is provided at the end at least of the theoretical tear line (6) facing the point of the pack and wherein the appropriate tear notch (5) for this theoretical tear line is also triangular.
