  • the non-slip pad 19 is produced without a rigid sleeve 22 and that it is then only constituted by the sole 39 (not shown). It is then either formed, for example by overmolding, or fitted, for example by force, directly in its housing 20. One or more slots can then be made in the wall of the housing, the pads being inserted, in part, into these slots and thus being locked.

Claims (10)

1. Verstärkte Ladepalette aus Kunststoffguß mit zwei übereinander angeordneten, komplementären, im wesentlichen rechteckigen Platten, von denen jede ein starres Gerippe mit Verbindungstraversen (4, 14, 24, 34, 44) und Verstärkungsholme aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungstraversen (4, 14, 24, 34, 44) mit polygonalen Hohlfüßen mindestens an den vier Außenwinkeln des Gerippes versehen sind, wobei mindestens in einige der Traversen mindestens einer der Platten Durchgänge (9) eingearbeitet sind, von denen sich wenigstens einige in derselben Ebene kreuzen und die Verstärkungsholme (10) der Palette aufnehmen, und mindestens einige der Holme an ihren Kreuzungspunkten durch die sie kreuzenden Holme blockiert sind.
2. Verstärkte Ladepalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Enden der Durchgänge (9) mittels Stopfen (11) verschlossen sind, die durch Einspritzen in die Durchgänge eingeformt sind.
3. Verstärkte Ladepalette nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsholme (10) im wesentlichen im Querschnitt parallelepipedförmig rechteckig sind.
4. Verstärkte Ladepalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zwischenverbindungsklötze (8) aus gegossenem Kunststoff jeweils zwischen den Füßen (5, 15, 25...85) des Gerippes der einen der beiden Platten (2, 12) und den mit diesen zusammenwirkenden Fü- Ben (6, 16, 26...86) des Gerippes der anderen komplementären Platte angeordnet sind.

Verstärkte Ladepalette nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klötze (8) eine Au- βenwand (31), auf der eine sich in das Innere des Klotzes erstreckende Umfangsrippe (32) gebildet ist, mehrere vorstehende Versteifungsrippen (33) und Positionierungselemente (40) aufweisen, die sich von der Außenwand (31) nach außen erstrecken und die so ausgebildet sind, daß sie an mindestens einige Innenflächen der Abdruckformen der Füße angepaßt sind.
6. Verstärkte Ladepalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Antigleitfüße (19) mindestens auf einer Außenfläche (7) einer der Platten ausgebildet und in Sitzen (20) angeordnet sind, mit denen sie zusammenwirken und in denen sie sich verriegeln.

Verstärkte Ladepalette nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antigleitfüße (19) aus einem Auflageteil (39) bestehen, dessen Kopf (39a) etwas über die Fläche (7, 17) übersteht, auf der die Antigleitfüße (19) gebildet sind, und dessen Körper (39b) eng in einer Außenmuffe (22) gehalten wird, wobei sich die Muffe mit mindestens einem Teil einer Wand (20a) der Sitze (20) verriegelt.
8. Verstärkte Ladepalette nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antigleitfüße (19) auf beiden Flächen - der oberen und der unteren - der oberen Platte (2) als auch auf der unteren Fläche der unteren Platte (12) ausgebildet sind.
9. Verstärkte Ladepalette nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einige der Traversen (4, 14...) mindestens einer der Platten (2, 12) Rampen (43) aufweisen, die die Einführung der Gabeln eines Stapelwagens erleichtem.
10. Verfahren zur Verstärkung einer Ladepalette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in die Durchgänge (9) die Verstärkungsholme (10) in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge einführt, und daß man mindestens einige der Verstärkungsholme an ihren Kreuzungspunkten mittels der sie kreuzenden Verstärkungsholme blockiert.
