Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a multi-phase high-voltage disconnector according to the preamble of claim I.
  • Such a circuit breaker is known for example from DE-A 33 36 770.
  • the contact fingers of each of the movable contact sets are arranged in layers in two packages, the one package comprising the one and the other package the other contact fingers of each pair.
  • Each package has - seen in the direction of the pivot axis of the carrier body - an essentially rectangular outline, the shorter sides of which are formed by the inner or the outer ends of the contact fingers.
  • the pivot axis of the carrier body and consequently the movable contact sets intersect the shorter side of the rectangular packages, which are formed by the inner ends of the contact fingers, at a right angle.
  • both the inner and the outer ends of the contact fingers perform an arc-shaped path with the same radius in pairs in the course of a switching stroke.
  • this also means that the grinding marks that are inevitable on the contact blades, caused by repeated switching strokes, are always "traversed" by the ends of two contact fingers of one and the same package - at least over part of their length, which is comparatively few on the contact blades the more pronounced signs of wear and thus leads to more frequent maintenance work.
  • the proposed disconnector has the features specified in the characterizing part of the patent claim.
  • the isolating switch is designed particularly advantageously, because then all contact fingers can be produced, for example, with one and the same punching tool.
  • each end of the contact fingers produce its "own” grinding track, but these grinding tracks are also of substantially the same length on the second contact knife.
  • the isolating switch 10 shown is part of a gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear unit accommodated in a metal encapsulation 11.
  • a metal encapsulation 11 In the metal encapsulation 11, three tubular busbars 12, 13 and 14 are arranged, which in FIG. 1 run at right angles to the plane of the drawing.
  • the disconnector 10 has three movable contact sets 15, 16 and 17, which are identical among themselves. Each of the contact sets 15, 16 and 17 is held in a continuous recess 18, 19 and 20 in a common carrier body 21 made of an insulating material in a manner to be described.
  • the carrier body 21 On one end, the carrier body 21 has a stub shaft 22 which is rotatably mounted in a bearing insert 23 fastened in the metal encapsulation II. At the other end, the carrier body 21 ends in a drive shaft 24, which is guided gas-tight out of the metal encapsulation II through a bushing 25 and is coupled there to a rotary drive, not shown.
  • the axis of rotation or swivel axis 26 of the carrier body 21 is indicated in FIG. 1 by a dash-dotted line and in FIG. 2 by a dot.
  • the carrier body 21 is cranked in the region of the recesses 18-20 in the manner of a crankshaft.
  • Each of the contact sets 15 - 17 has a number of essentially E-shaped contact fingers 27, 28 which are arranged in pairs and with their laterally projecting legs facing each other and are biased towards each other by means of a leaf spring 29.
  • the contact fingers 27 and 28 are each stacked on top of one another to form a more or less compact package.
  • the two packages are held together by two brackets 30, 31 screwed together with bolts 29 '(FIG. 2), which hold the middle, laterally projecting legs of the contact fingers 27, 28 between them.
  • the ends of the brackets 30, 31 protruding from the packets of the contact fingers 27, 28 are kinked, so that these brackets, as seen in FIG. 2, have the shape of an elongated S.
  • a molded projection 32, 33 extends from the inner wall of the recesses 18, 19, 20, these two projections only for the recess 18 in FIG. 2 are shown.
  • FIG. 3 In order to the packages of the contact fingers 27 and 28 (if the play between the ends of the brackets 30, 31 and the projections 32, 33 are not taken into account) are positively coupled to the carrier body 21 both in the radial direction and in the direction of rotation.
  • the leaf springs 29 are supported on the inner wall of a square tube stub 34, which in each case encloses one of the contact sets 15, 16, 17.
  • this pipe stub there are recesses 35, 36 (dashed lines in FIG. I) for the passage of the bent ends of the brackets 30, 31.
  • the laterally projecting legs of the contact fingers 27, 28 appearing at the bottom in FIG. 1 form their inner ends 37, 38, while the laterally projecting legs appearing at the top in FIG. 1 form their outer ends 39, 40.
  • the inner ends 37, 38 of the contact fingers 27, 28 of each of the contact sets 15, 16 and 17 are in constant engagement with one and the other flat side of a first fixed contact knife 139, 140 and 141, respectively.
  • Each of these contact knives is via an insulating feedthrough 42 , 43 or 44 led out of the encapsulation II and galvanically connected there, for example with a cable outlet (not shown).
  • the outer ends 39, 40 of the contact fingers 27, 28 of each of the contact sets 15, 16 and 17 are in the position shown in FIG. I and in the extended position in FIG. 2 in engagement with a second contact knife 45, 46 and 47, each of these Contact knife starts from one of the busbars 12, 13 and 14 and is welded to this, for example.
  • the second contact blades 45-47 are parallel to one another and extend in the direction of the contact sets 15-17, their free contours (in FIG. I) being congruent.
  • the second contact knife 45 (and likewise the second contact knife 46 and 47) has a penetration edge 45 ′ which is bevelled in a knife-like manner but with a blunt edge.
  • This penetration edge 45 ' runs parallel to the "step-like configuration" of the outer ends 39, 40 of the contact fingers 27, 28 in essence, when these are in engagement with the contact knife in question.
  • the consequence of this shaping of the penetrating edge 45 ' is that each outer end 39, 40 not only leaves its "own” grinding track on the corresponding flat side of the contact blades 45 - 47, but that all of these grinding tracks are also essentially of the same length.
  • the consequence of this is also that the outer ends 39, 40 of all contact fingers 27, 28 leave the assigned second contact blade 45 - 47 essentially simultaneously during a switch-off stroke and that the wear on these ends is practically uniform.
  • FIG. 2 also shows that the carrier body 21 and thus the contact sets 15-17 can be rotated further clockwise from the “OFF” position denoted by 15 ′ in FIG. 2 until the outer ends 39, 40 the contact fingers 27, 28 come into engagement with a third, stationary and grounded contact knife 48, which position is indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2 and is denoted by 15 " the outer ends 39, 40 of the contact fingers 27, 28 are pushed apart when they are about to come into engagement with the third contact knife 48.
  • this penetrating edge 48 ' is directed radially with respect to the pivot axis 26, so that during a switching stroke into the earthed one Position 25 "the outer ends 39, 40 are pushed apart one after the other.
  • a third bead 49 adjoins the third contact knife 48, which pushes the outer ends 39, 40 further apart, so that they disengage from the flat sides adjoining the bead 49 of the third contact knife 48.
  • the third contact knife 48 is in contact via its bulge 49 with the "shafts" of the contact fingers 47 and 48 adjoining the outer ends 39, 40. This is a further measure to reduce the wear of the outer ends 39, 40 caused by abrasion.
  • the inner ends 37 and 38 of the contact fingers 27, 28 each describe a circular arc as they are pivoted about the pivot axis 26, whereby on each flat side of the contact knives 139-141 these circular arcs each have the same radius and the same length exhibit.
  • the grinding marks created in this way do not overlap.
  • the contact blades 139-141 are preferably designed as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
  • 5 shows the contact fingers 27, 28 in their "ON" position (extended) and in their grounded position, designated by 15 "and shown in dash-dot lines.
  • the inner ends 37, 38 of the contact fingers likewise form a step-like configuration
  • Both flat sides of the knife contacts 139-141 have flat elevations 50, 51 which are delimited by beveled ramps, which intersect and whose course the step-like configuration of the inner ends 37, 38 of the switching fingers 27, 28 in the corresponds to the two switching positions mentioned.
  • the switch-off position 15 ' only a small number of the inner ends 37, 38 of the contact fingers exercise.
  • NEN contact pressure namely the inner ends closest to the pivot axis 26, while the other inner ends 37, 38 rest, so to speak, without pressure on the flat sides of the first contact knife 139 or 140, 141.
  • the contact point of each of the inner ends 37, 38 with the associated contact knife 139-141 is indicated with a small circle, this circle in no way representing a depression or an elevation.
