Abstract

Die Kokstrockenkühleinrichtung hat eine Vorkammer (1) mit Koksaufgabe (3) und eine unterhalb der Vorkammer (1) angeordnete Kühlkammer (2). Im unteren Bereich der Kühlkammer befindet sich ein Koksaustrag (21) und eine Intergaszuführung (28). Die Vorkammer (1) hat einen Inertgas­ abzug (16). Im Bereich der Koksschüttung und im Wege des Inertgasstro­ mes sind vom Kühlwasser durchströmte Rohre angeordnet.
Um die zur Kühlung erforderliche Inertgasmenge niedrig zu halten und insbesondere die Wärmeauskopplung stärker in die vom Kühlwasser durch­ strömten Kühlrohre zu verlegen, ist in der Vorkammer (1) ein aus Rohren (9) gebildeter Zylindermantel (6) angeordnet. Der Zylindermantel (6) begrenzt die Koksschüttung und bildet mit der Wandung (14) der Vor­ kammer (1) einen Ringraum (15) als Weg für das Inertgas aus.
