Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bogenwendevorrichtung für Rotationsdruckmaschinen in Reihenbauweise, bei denen die Druckzylinder aufeinanderfolgender Druckwerke durch eine einzige doppelt große Übergabetrommel verbunden sind, der eine Speichertrommel zugeordnet ist und durchgehend aus zusammenwirkenden Klemmgreiferreihen bestehende Greiferübergaben vorgesehen sind. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bogenwendevorrichtung für Rotationsdruckmaschinen in Reihenbauweise nach dem Oberbegriff des 1. Patentanspruches. Eine Bogenwendevorrichtung genannter Art ist aus der DE-OS 2 633 183 bekannt. Mit dieser bekannten Bogenwendevorrichtung ist jedoch eine Registerhaltung des Bogens für das nachfolgende Bedrucken nicht möglich. Die Übertragung der Bogenkanten beim Schön- und Widerdruck erfordert eine Genauigkeit, die mit der dort vorgesehenen Mehrgelenk-Schwinggreifer-Obergabe (siehe Fig. 7 bis 9) nicht ermöglicht werdenkann. Es hat sich nämlich gezeigt, daß die nachlaufende Bogenkante während der Übertragung auf die Greifer nichtnur fest erfaßt, sondern der Bogen gestrafft auf den Mantel der Speichertrommel aufgelegt werden muß. Hierfür ist die dort verwendete Mehrgelenk-Schwinggreifer-Konzeption zwischen θbergabe- und Speichertrommel nicht geeignet. Weil der nachfolgende Bogen bereits ankommt, bevor der vorhergehende Bogen weggeführt ist, muß eine Steuerung auf verschiedenen Bahnen erfolgen (siehe Fig. 8). Außerdem besteht im Übergabebereich die Gefahr des Abschmierens des Bogens - an dem unter dem Bogenlauf angeordneten Mehrgelenk-Schwinggreifer.The invention relates to a sheet turning device for rotary printing presses in series construction according to the preamble of the first claim. Dadurch kann nicht mit Sicherheit verhindert werden, daß die frisch bedruckte, zunächst innen liegende und dem Umfang des Obertragungszylinders berührende Bogenseite nach dem Abheben noch einmal mit dem Zylinderumfang in Berührung kommt. Diese Bogenwendevorrichtung weist zwar durchgängig mechanische Greiferübergaben auf, der Nachteil ist aber, daß im Übergabebereich der Oberführtrommel Blas- oder Saugkästen vorgesehen werden müssen, um ein Abschmieren der Bogen auf der Trommel, insbesondere des Bogenendes nach dem Wendevorgang, zu verhindern. Eine maximale Wirkung für verschiedene Papierformatlängen ist nur erreichbar, wenn eine taktmäßige Steuerung der Saug- oder Blaskästen erfolgt. Eine derartige Steuerung ist nicht nur aufwendig, sondern mit ständig höherer Druckgeschwindigkeit auch funktionsunsicher. Durch diese Maßnahmen ist es nicht nur möglich, lediglich mit einer Obergabetrommel und ohne Sauggreifer zwischen zwei Druckwerken auszukommen, sondern es wird auch eine einwandfreie Registerhaltigkeit bei allen zur Verarbeitung kommenden Druckträgern, Drucklängen und hohen Druckgeschwindigkeiten erreicht, ohne daß im Obergabebereich nach dem Wendevorgang eine Abschmiergefahr besteht. Für den Schöndruck weist die Übergabetrommel 7 zwei Greiferreihen von Schöndruckgreifern 14, 15 auf. daß die Widerdruckgreifer (16, 17) als Zangen- oder als Wendegreifer ausgebildet sind.
