Claims (6)

1. Vanne d'arrêt pour la commande de milieux liquides épais à forte proportion de charge, en particulier dans le traitement des vieux papiers, qui est composée d'un corps (1) présentant une ouverture de passage du courant de fluide ainsi que de deux guides (2) fixés à ce corps, dans chacun desquels est montée coulissante une plaque de vanne (3) s'étendant en ligne droite, et les guides (2) de la vanne sont fixés au corps (1) de telle manière que, dans les mouvements de fermeture et d'ouverture, les deux plaques (3) de la vanne puissent se déplacer dans l'ouverture de passage du corps (1) pour se rapprocher l'une de l'autre ou s'éloigner l'une de l'autre, et en ce que, dans la position de fermeture, les parties terminales des plaques (3) de la vanne qui sont adjacentes se rejoignent selon une ligne droite, caractérisée en ce que les guides (2) sont fixés au corps (1) de telle manière que, dans la position de fermeture, les deux plaques de la vanne soient disposées dans l'ouverture de passage du courant de fluide en prenant une forme en V, les extrémités des plaques (3) de la vanne qui se rejoignent formant la pointe de la forme de V qui est placée en avant dans le sens de l'écoulement (F).
2. Vanne d'arrêt selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps (1) est de configuration carrée dans la région des plaques (3) de la vanne.
3. Vanne d'arrêt selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que, dans l'état ouvert, les deux plaques (3) de la vanne se terminent à l'affleurement du volume intérieur de corps.
4. Vanne d'arrêt selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que, au débouché des guides (2) des plaques (3) de la vanne, le corps (1) est équipé d'un racleur de corps étrangers (5), de nature métallique ou fait de résine synthétique.
5. Racleur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que des presse-garnitures (6) sont montés dans les guides (2) de la vanne, directement en arrière des racleurs de corps étrangers (5) du corps (1).
6. Vanne d'arrêt selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les guides (2) de la vanne sont fixés au corps (1) au moyen d'une liaison démontable, de préférence au moyen d'un assemblage vissé.
