Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur zwangsweisen Zulieferung von Elastomerfäden an Textilmaschinen, mit einem frei drehbaren Halter für eine Garnspule, die gegen eine Antriebswalze anliegt, und mit Rollen zur Führung des von der Garnspule abgezogenen Elastomerfadens.The invention relates to a device for the compulsory delivery of elastomer threads to textile machines, with a freely rotatable holder for a bobbin, which bears against a drive roller, and with rollers for guiding the elastomer thread drawn off the bobbin.

Eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art ist durch die US-PS 39 01 052 bekannt. Bei dieser Vorrichtung ist die Garnspule auf einen Halter aufgesteckt, dessen Träger durch eine Zugfeder senkrecht zur Achse einer Antriebswalze verstellbar ist, gegen welche die aufgesteckte Garnspule über ihre ganze Wickellänge anliegt. Diese Vorrichtung ist speziell für Elastomerfäden gedacht und muß bei der Verwendung normaler Fäden gegen andere Fadenliefervorrichtungen, die eine Fadenspeichertrommel aufweisen, ausgetauscht werden. Bei dieser Vorrichtung nimmt die Spule eine konstante Anlageposition zur Antriebswalze ein, wobei die Gefahr besteht, daß sich lose Garnfasern um die Antriebswalze legen und einen unerwünschten Belag auf der Antriebswalze bilden. Um dies zu verhindern, müssen die Antriebswalzen von Zeit zu Zeit gereinigt werden, da ein Antriebswalzenbelag die äußere Garnschicht der anliegenden Spule beschädigen und die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Garnspule und damit die Fadenabzugsgeschwindigkeit in unerwünschter Weise beeinflussen kann.A device of the type mentioned is known from US-PS 39 01 052. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird mit einer Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Antriebswalze mit der Antriebsvorrichtung einer Fadenliefervorrichtung, beispielsweise koaxial und drehfest mit einer mit der Antriebsvorrichtung gekoppelten Speichertrommel der Fadenliefervorrichtung, verbunden ist und eine größere Länge als die Anlagelänge der Garnspule aufweist, und daß der Spulenhalter an einem Träger gelagert ist, der entlang einer Linie verschiebbar angeordnet ist, die unter einem spitzen Winkel zu der Antriebswalzenachse verläuft. Der Elastomerfaden 37 ist außerdem über eine an einem Schwenkhebel 47 gelagerte Rolle 48 geführt. Der Schwenkhebel 47 ist der Fühler einer im Innern des Vorrichtungsgehäuses 10 angeordneten Fadenbruch-Überwachungseinrichtung bekannter Art, zu welcher auch der mit einem Normalfaden 24 zusammenwirkende Schwenkhebel 49 als Fühler gehört. Claims (9)

1. A device for the positive feeding of elastomeric threads to textile machines, with a freely rotatable holder (34) for a yarn spool (36) which butts against a driving roller (38), and with rollers (44, 45) for the guidance of the elastomeric thread (37) drawn-off from the yarn spool (36), characterised in that the driving roller (38) is connected to the driving device (13-15) of a thread supply device and has a greater length than the abutment length of the yarn spool (36), and in that the spool holder (34) is mounted on a carrier (31) which is arranged so as to be displaceable along a line (32) which extends at an acute angle (a) to the driving roller axis (39).
2. A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the driving roller (38) is connected coaxially and in torsionally-fast manner to a storage drum (12), coupled with the driving device, of the thread supply device.
3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the carrier (31) for the spool holder (34) designed as a plug holder is arranged so as to be displaceable at an angle of 45° to the driving roller axis (39).
4. A device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the carrier (31) consists of a rod (31) which is mounted so as to be longitudinally displaceable in a guide sleeve (30) and which carries on its free end the freely rotatable spool holder (34).
5. A device according to claim 4, characterised in that the rod (31) is biassable by means of at least one spring (40) in the direction of the driving roller (38).
6. A device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the carrier (31) is arranged so as to be displaceable obliquely downwards, so that the yarn spool (36) with the yarn spool holder (34) are suspended from it.
7. A device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the carrier (31) for the yarn spool holder (34) and/or the driving roller (38) are connected releasably to the housing (10) or respectively the storage drum (12) of a thread supply device which is also known « per se".
8. A device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that at least the carrier (31) for the yarn spool holder (34) is surrounded by a dustproof protective housing (43).
9. A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the thread guidance rollers (44, 45, 48) are arranged offset out of a plane determined by the axis (39) of the driving roller (38) and the axis of rotation (35) of the yarn spool (36), so that the drawn-off elastomeric thread (37) does not touch the driving roller (38).
