Claims (10)

  1. Thread delivery device (1) for feeding a thread to a textile machine comprising
    a thread delivery wheel (3),
    a drive shaft (4), the axis of rotation of which is vertical during operation and on which the thread delivery wheel (3) is arranged,
    a support (5) for mounting the drive shaft (4),
    at least one thread sensor (11, 12),
    a first thread brake (16, 40) in the course of thread in front of the thread delivery wheel (3),
    characterised by at least one second thread brake (17, 30, 41) in the course of the thread in front of the thread delivery wheel (3) and
    a knot catcher (18, 42), wherein the knot catcher (18) is arranged between the first and the second thread brake (16, 40, 17, 30, 41).
  2. Thread delivery device (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that a slit width of the knot catcher (18) can be adjusted.
  3. Thread delivery device (1) according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that at least one of the thread brakes (16, 40, 17, 30, 41) is designed as a vibrational thread brake (30).
  4. Thread delivery device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that at least one of the thread brakes (16, 40, 17, 30, 41) is designed as a compensating thread brake (40).
  5. Thread delivery device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the first thread brake (16, 40) is arranged during operation vertically above the second thread brake (17, 30, 41), the course of the thread being set to be essentially vertical by the knot catcher (18, 42).
  6. Thread delivery device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised by a first thread inlet guiding element, by means of which the course of the thread is adjusted relative to the first thread brake (16 , 40) at an acute angle to the vertical.
  7. Thread delivery device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised by a thread guiding device, by means of which the course of the thread is adjusted from the second thread brake (17, 30, 41) at an acute angle to the vertical.
  8. Thread delivery device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised by a holder (27) secured to the support (5), on which holder at least the two brakes (16, 40, 17, 30, 41) and the knot catcher (18, 42) are arranged.
  9. Thread delivery device (1) according to claim 8, characterised in that at least one thread guiding element is arranged on the holder (27).
  10. Thread delivery device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the thread delivery device (1) is designed as a positive thread delivery device.
