Abstract
Dispositif de bobinage caractérisé par le fait qu'il permet de fabriquer des bobines dont les supports ou carcasses sont pratiquement démunis de toute rigidité. Le dispositif comprend un élément (1) pour la fixation du support non rigide (2) pendant toute l'opération du bobinage. Pour que cette opération devienne possible, un élément (4) nommé système se déplace axialement à celui de la bobine avançant synchroniquement et dans le même sens que le mécanisme dont le bras (5) enroule le fil à bobiner (3) autour du support non rigide (2), ce système (4) possédant deux parties (6 et 7) recouvrant la part bobinée sur deux de ses grandes faces opposées de telle manière que la ou les dernières spires réalisées en cours de fabrication soient au moins recouvertes sur l'ensemble de la largeur du support non rigide (2). Pour éviter l'inconvénient que la bobine en fabrication se mette à vibrer entre les deux parties (6 et 7) du système (4) le support non rigide (2) étant sollicité par la tension du fil à bobiner (3) dont le sens est tournant, il est prévu de monter sur l'une des deux parties (6 ou 7) du système (4) un solénoïde (8) parcouru par un courant électrique formant ainsi un électro-aimant capable d'attirer contre lui le support non rigide (2) supposé construit dans un matériau sensible à un champ magnétique.Winding device characterized in that it makes it possible to manufacture reels whose supports or carcasses are practically devoid of any rigidity.
