Abstract

Le procédé et le dispositif concernent l'application de suspensions solides aptes à la cuisson sur des substrats de céramique ou de verre par projection de liquide réduit en gouttelettes et contenant une matière solide. Selon le procédé, l'appareil de projection et le substrat à recouvrir sont mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le mouvement de l'appareil de projection ou du substrat ainsi que l'intensité de la projection sont commandés par un dispositif approprié. Les mouvements relatifs sont exécutés de préférence par un appareil manuel. Le fractionnement de la suspension solide en gouttelettes est obtenu soit par effet piézo-électrique au moyen d'une plaquette, soit par ouverture et fermeture d'une vanne disposée à faible distance. Les gouttelettes sont soit directement projetées d'une tuyère sur le substrat, soit dirigées au moyen d'une charge électrostatique entre des plaques de déviation placées de façon que les gouttelettes atteignent le substrat.
