Um zu vermeiden, daß beim Auftreffen der Nadelspitze auf eine Borste eine sogenannte Pilzbildung eintritt, sind die Borsten entweder konisch oder keilförmig angeschliffen, was eine längere Lebensdauer des Bürstenbandes 21 gewährleistet. Diese Maßnahme vermeidet aber auch eine Gratbildung an der Spitze einer jeden Borste, welche die Wirkung eines Widerhakens hat, durch welche das Faservlies bzw. einzelne Fasern desselben in unerwünschter Weise festgehalten werden. Claims (5)

1. Anlage zum Herstellen von strukturierten textilen Velournadelfilzbahnen aus einem vorgenadelten Vlies aus Stapelfasern, bestehend aus einer mechanisch bzw. aerodynamisch arbeitenden Vlieslegemaschine, einer Vornadelmaschine und einer Velournadelmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die Velournadelmaschine (15) mit einem das zu nadelnde Vlies (14) tragenden und als Stichunterlage dienenden endlosen Bürstenband (21) ausgerüstet ist, welches aus einer Vielzahl von die Borstenbüschel (25) tragenden Bürstenplatten (24) zusammengesetzt ist, deren Außenkanten (26) zickzackförmig derart ausgebildet sind, daß die Kanten (26) jeweils einander benachbarter Bürstenplatten (24) in der Weise ineinandergreifen, daß die Borstenbüschel (25) entlang den Außenkanten (26) die gleichen Abstände voneinander haben wie die im inneren Bereich der Bürstenplatte (24), daß die Borsten der Borstenbüschel (25) an ihrem freien Ende konisch oder keilförmig angeschliffen sind, daß die Niederhalteplatte auf der Faservliesbahn (14) aufliegt und gegen diese niedergedrückt wird und daß zur dreidimensionalen Strukturierung des vorgenadelten Faservlieses Kronennadeln (23) Anwendung finden.1.
