Claims (4)

1. Procédé pour produire un feuillard laminé à chaud ayant une structure à deux phases avec de la martensite dans de la ferrite, à partir d'une brame préalablement produite par coulage en lingots ou coulée continue, par chauffage de la brame jusqu'à la température de laminage par laminage à chaud et finissage au laminoir, à une température >Ar3, par refroidissement accéléré depuis la chaude de laminoir, et par bobinage, le feuillard laminé à chaud:
a) étant fabriqué à partir d'un acier qui contient, en plus de 0,05 à 0,16% de C, 0,5% à 1,0% de Si, 0,3 à 1,5% de Cr, ≤0,025% de P, s 0015% de S, 0,02 à 0,10% d'AI et ≤ 0,011% de N, 0,2 à 0,4% de Mn, le cas échéant de 0,01 à 0,04% de titane en rapport stoechiométrique par rapport à l'azote présent, le reste du fer et les impuretés usuelles,
b) étant refroidi de manière accélérée immédiatement après le finissage au laminoir, à une vitesse moyenne dans la zone de 30 à 70°C/s et sans interruption, et
c) étant ensuite bobiné à une température dans la zone de 350 à 190°C.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on ajoute 0,06 à 0,12% de C à l'acier.
3. Procédé selon la revendicatiçn 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la teneur en phosphore est limitée à 50,015%.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le feuillard laminé à chaud est fini au laminoir à une température dans la zone de 20 à 50°C au dessus de Ar3 et est bobiné, après refroidissement depuis la chaude de laminoir, à une température dans la zone de 330 à 260°C.
