Claims (6)

  1. Falttür-Einheit von der industriellen Art für Schuppen, Lager usw., die ein Balkengerüst, bestehend aus zwei seitlichen senkrechten Türpfosten (12, 13), die an ihren oberen Enden durch einen von einem U-förmigen Metallbalken gebildeten waagrechten Querbalken (11) verbunden sind, zur Einfassung eines biegsamen Vorhangs mit in regelmäßigen Abständen angeordneten waagrechten Verstärkungsstangen, Hebegurte (15), die an der unteren Stange befestigt sind, ein Motorelement mit einer Welle (2) zum Aufrollen der Gurte, einen elektrischer Betätigungsmotor (1) und elektrische Organe (4, 18) zur Steuerung des Motors aufweist, wobei das Motorelement sich in diesem U-förmigen Metallbalken befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser waagrechte U-förmige Balken (11) sich auf einer anderen Seite als der Unterseite öffnet und einen entfernbaren Deckel aufnimmt.
  2. Falttür-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des waagrechten Balken (11) gegen die Seitenpfosten (12, 13) angeordnet ist und Öffnungen aufweist, um Gurte durchzulassen, die über waagrechte Rückführrollen (19) laufen, und die in der senkrechten Ebene des Vorhangs parallel zur Aufrollwelle angeordnet sind, um die Bewegung der Gurte (15) von der waagrechten Ebene zur senkrechten Ebene zu übertragen.
  3. Einheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollen (19) parallel zur Aufrollwelle (2) der Gurte verschiebbar sind.
  4. Einheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollen (19) von einer senkrechten Leiste (21) gehalten werden, die an einer waagrechten Platte (22) befestigt ist, welche Querschlitze (23) aufweist, um mit Befestigungsmitteln (24, 25) für diese Leiste zusammenzuwirken.
  5. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der U-förmige Metallbalken eine Wärmeisolierung aufweist.
  6. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der U-förmige Balken Heizmittel, eventuell mit einem Thermostat, aufweist.
