Claims (8)

1. Dispositif de couchage pour installation à carton ondulé, qui est disposé entre un préchauffeur (10) et une machine à coller (30) et qui inclut, dans un châssis, au moins deux dispositifs encolleurs (29) disposés l'un au-dessus de l'autre, comportant chacun un rouleau coucheur (31) qui applique la colle sur les ondulations d'une feuille de carton ondulé (15, 16) encollée sur une face, un contre-rouleau (25) pour le rouleau coucheur (31), un cuvier de colle à parois de limitation déplaçables, et un rouleau presseur (32) coopérant avec le rouleau coucheur (31), caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif encolleur comporte un chariot (29) ou traîneau, qui porte seulement les parties (31, 32) venant en contact avec la colle, tandis que les contre- rouleaux (24) restent montés de façon stationnaire de manière connue, chaque chariot (29) ou traîneau coopère avec une butée antagoniste (39) sur le châssis (22), et il est prévu un dispositif de verrouillage pour verrouiller le chariot ou traîneau (29) lorsque les butées sont l'une contre l'autre.
2. Dispositif de couchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (29) comporte des galets reposant sur des rails (28) liés au châssis.
3. Dispositif de couchage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rails (28) peuvent être écartés par pivotement, ou sont rabattables ou escamotables de façon analogue.
4. Dispositif de couchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de réglage (33) pour fixer l'intervalle entre rouleau coucheur et rouleau presseur (31, 32) est également monté sur le chariot (29) ou traîneau.
5. Dispositif de couchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le galet de renvoi (26) est monté avec possibilité de pivotement et peut être amené d'une position de travail entre cylindre préchauffeur (24) et rouleau coucheur (25) à une position située en dessous du cylindre préchauffeur (24).
6. Dispositif de couchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des deux butées (36, 39) est réglable.
7. Dispositif de couchage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface de butée (37) de la butée (36) disposée en avant sur le chariot ou traîneau (29) est dirigée obliquement par rapport à la direction de circulation et la surface de butée (40) de la butée antagoniste (39), déplaçable perpendiculairement à la direction de la circulation, est parallèle à la surface de butée (37).
8. Dispositif de couchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas où il y a plusieurs dispositifs de couchage, chaque chariot (29) ou traîneau comporte son propre châssis, et les châssis (21, 22) sont disposés les uns au-dessus des autres.
