Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schichtstoff mit verbesserten mechanischen Eigenschaften und verbessertem Brandverhalten bei Einsatz als Trägerbahn für Dach- und Dichtungsbahnen. Solche Dach- und Dichtungsbahnen sind meist mit einer ein- oder beidseitigen Bitumenschicht versehen, können aber auch eine Beschichtung aus Elastomeren oder Plastomeren aufweisen.
- Aus der DE-OS 32 26 041 ist es bekannt, auf ein loses, d.h. unverfestigtes, Mineralfaservlies eine dünne Schicht von ebenfalls losen Kunststoffasern aufzubringen und diesen Schichtstoff durch Nadeln zu verfestigen. Durch eine Hitzebehandlung ist es möglich, die Kunststoffasern mit den Mineralfasern zu verschmelzen. Durch dieses Verschmelzen werden formstabile Mineralfaserblankets erhalten.
- Als Trägerbahn für Dachbahnen ist ein Schichtstoff aus einem Synthesefaservlies und einem Mineralfaservlies aus dem DE-GM 77 39 489 bekannt. Die beiden Vliesschichten aus synthetischem und mineralischem Fasermaterial sind dort durch Binden oder Kleben miteinander verbunden. Verwendet werden hierzu thermoplastische und vernetzende Duromere.
- Solche Trägerbahnen führen zu Dach- und Dichtungsbahnen mit hinreichend hoher Verarbeitungsstabilität beim Bituminieren und bei der Verlegung. Ihre Dimensionsstabilität erlaubt sogar einlagige Verlegung auf dem Dach. Das Brandverhalten dieser Dachbahnen nach DIN 4102, Teil 7, ist durch die Mineralfaserschicht deutlich verbessert.
- Trägerbahnen aus Mischvliesen aus mineralischen und synthetischen Fasern, wie sie im DE-GM 77 23 547 beschrieben sind, ergeben dagegen keine nennenswerte Verbesserung des Brandverhaltens.
- Als einziger Nachteil der bekannten Schichtstoffe aus einer mineralischen und einer synthetischen Faserschicht bleibt die Neigung zur Delaminierung der beiden Schichten unter extremen thermomechanischen oder mechanischen Bedingungen.
- Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung unter Wahrung aller Vorteile der bekannten Schichtstoffe für Trägerbahnen für Dach- und Dichtungsbahnen, auch noch diesen Nachteil zu überwinden.
- Erfindungsgemäß besteht deshalb der als Trägerbahn für Dach- und Dichtungsbahnen geeignete Schichtstoff aus einem vorverfestigten Synthesefaservlies und einem vorverfestigten Mineralfaservlies, die durch Vernadelung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Das Synthesefaservlies besteht bevorzugt aus Polyesterfasern, meist aus Polyäthylenterephthalat. Besonders bevorzugt werden Filamentvliesstoffe, sogenannte spunbonds, wie sie z.B. in der DE-OS 24 60 755 beschrieben werden, die ihrerseits durch Vernadelung oder sonstige an sich bekannte Verfahren vorverfestigt sind. Für die Vorverfestigung durch Vernadeln genügt hierbei eine Vernadelungsstichzahl von ca. 10 % der zur Verbindung der beiden Schichten des erfindungsgemäßen Schichtstoffs benötigten Gesamtstichzahl. Bevorzugte Flächengewichte der Filamentvliesstoffe liegen zwischen 50 und 350 g/m', die Einzeltiter zwischen 3 und 8 dtex, speziell zwischen 4 und 6 dtex.
- Als Mineralfaservlies werden Glasfaservliese bevorzugt, speziell in Form von Stapelfaservliesen. Besonders haben sich naß gelegte Stapelfaservliese bewährt. Bewährt haben sich aber auch Vliesstoffe aus keramischen Fasern. Das Vliesgewicht der Mineralfaservliese liegt meist zwischen 10 und 100 g/m2, bevorzugt zwischen 30 und 60 g/m2. Derartige Vliese beschreiben z.B. die EP-OS 19 465, die EP-OS 25 115 oder die DE-OS 31 43 586. Zur Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Schichtstoffs werden die beiden vorverfestigten Vliese nach den bekannten Verfahren miteinander vernadelt. Die Vernadelung soll 10 bis 100 Stiche/cm2, bevorzugt zwischen 20 und 50 Stichen/cm2, betragen. Dabei erfolgt die Vernadelung so, daß die Nadeln zuerst in das Synthesefaservlies einstechen und dann das darunterliegende Mineralfaservlies durchdringen. Die Stichtiefe richtet sich selbstverständlich nach den Vliesstärken. Sie liegt zwischen 6 und 11 mm und führt zu einer festen formschlüssigen Verbindung des Synthesefaservlieses mit dem Mineralfaservlies mit Hilfe der durch letzteres durchgezogenen Synthesefasern.
- Die beigefügte Zeichnung zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Schichtstoff. Dabei bedeutet 1 das Mineralfaservlies, 2 das Synthesefaservlies.
