Abstract

Et lagstoff som ved sin anvendelse som bærebane for tak- og tetningsbaner ved gode brannegenskaper viser et forbedret mekanisk forhold og som består av et florsjikt av syntetiske og et florsjikt av mineralske fibre, fåes ved sammennåling av to forfastgjorte fiberflor som på den ene side består av syntesefibre og på den andre side av mineralske fibre. Sammennålingen gir en fast, formsluttet forbindelse av begge flor, hvorved tendensen til delaminering av .begge sjikt under ekstreme termomekaniske betingelser unngås.

Description

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår lagstoff som bærebane for tak-og tetningsbaner av et florsjikt av syntetisk og et florsjikt av mineralsk fiber, som har forbedrede organiske egenskaper og forbedrede brannforhold ved anvendelse som bærebane for tak- og tetningsbaner. Slike tak- og tetningsbaner er for det meste utstyrt med en- eller beggesidet bitumensj ikt, men kan imidlertid også ha et belegg av elastomere og plastomere.
Fra DE-OS 32 26 041 er det kjent på et løst - dvs. ikke fastgjort mineralfiberflor å påføre et tynt sjikt av likeledes løse kunststoffibre og fastgjøre dette lagstoff ved nåling. Ved en varmebehandling er det mulig å sammensmelte kunststofffibrene med mineralfibrene. Ved denne sammen-smelting fås formstabile mineralfiberblanketter.
Som bærebane for takbaner er det kjent et lagstoff av et syntesefiberflor og et mineralfiberflor fra DE-GM 77 39 489. De to florsjikt av syntetisk og mineralsk fibermateriale er der forbundet med hverandre ved hjelp av binding eller klebing. Hertil anvendes termoplastiske eller kryssbindende duromere.
Slike baerebaner fører til tak- og tetningsbaner med til-strekkelig høy forarbeidelsesstabilitet ved bituminering og ved legging. Deres dimensjonsstabilitet muliggjør sogar ettlagslegging på tak. Brannforholdene av disse takbaner ifølge DIN 4102, del 7, er ved hjelp av mineralf ibersj iktet tydelig forbedret.
Baerebaner av blandingsflor av mineralske og syntetiske fibre slik de er omtalt i DE-GM 77 23 547 gir derimot ikke noen nevneverdig forbedring av brannforholdet.
Som eneste ulempe av de kjente lagstoffer av et mineralsk og et syntetisk fibersjikt forblir tendensen til delaminering av de to sjikt under ekstreme termomekaniske eller mekaniske betingelser.
Det er derfor oppfinnelsens oppgave under ivaretagelsen av alle fordeler fra kjente lagstoff for baerebaner for tak- og tetningsbaner også å overvinne denne ulempe.
Ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringes ovenfornevnte oppgave ved hjelp av et lagstoff av den innledningsvis nevnte art hvis karakteristiske trekk fremgår av krav 1. Ytterligere trekk ved oppfinnelsen fremgår av de øvrige uselvstendige kravene.
Syntesefiberfloret består fortrinnsvis av polyesterfibre, for det meste av polyetylentereftalat. Spesielt foretrekkes filamentflorstoffer, såkalte "spunbonds", slik de beskrives f.eks. i DE-OS 24 60 755 som på sin side er forfastgjort ved nål ing eller andre i og for seg kjente fremgangsmåter. For forfastgjøring ved nåling tilfredsstiller herved et sammen-nålings stikktall på ca. 10$ av det til forbinding av de to sjikt av sjiktstoffene ifølge oppfinnelsen nødvendige stikktall. Foretrukne flatevekter av filamentflorstoffene ligger mellom 50 og 350 g/m2 , enkeltiterne mellom 3 og 8 dtex, spesielt mellom 4 og 6 dtex.
Som mineralfiberflor foretrekkes glassfiberflor, spesielt i form av Stapelf iberf lor. Spesielt har det vist seg egnet våtlagte Stapelfiberflor. Det har imidlertid også vist seg egnet florstoffer av keramiske fibre. Florvekten av mineralfiberfloret ligger for det meste mellom 10 og 100 g/m2 , fortrinnsvis mellom 30 og 60 g/m2 . Slike flor omtales f.eks. i EP-OS 19 465, EP-OS 25 115 eller DE-OS 31 43 586. Til fremstilling av lagstoff ifølge oppfinnelsen sammennåles de to forfastgjorte flor etter kjente fremgangsmåter med hverandre. Sammennålingen skal utgjøre 10-100 stikk/cm2 , fortrinnsvis mellom 20 og 50 stikk/cm2 . Derved foregår sammennålingen således at nålene først stikker inn i syntesefiberfloret og deretter gjennomtrenger den under-liggende mineralfiberflor. Stikkdybden retter seg selvsagt etter flortykkelsen. Den ligger mellom 6 og 11 mm og fører til en fast formsluttet forbindelse av syntesefiberflor med mineralfiberflor ved hjelp av de gjennom sistnevnte gjennom-trukkede syntesefibre.
Tegningen viser et utsnitt av lagstoff ifølge oppfinnelsen. 1 betyr mineralfiberflor, 2 betyr syntesefiberflor.

Claims (6)

1. Lagstoff som bærebane for tak- og tetningsbaner av et florsjikt av syntetiske og et florsjikt av mineralske fibre, karakterisert ved at det består av et prekonsolidert syntesefiberflor og et prekonsolidert mineralfiberflor som er forbundet med hverandre ved sammen-nål ing.
2. Lagstoff ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at syntesefiberfloret består av polyetylentereftalatfibre.
3. Lagstoff ifølge krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at syntesefiberfloret er et filamentflorstoff.
4. Lagstoff ifølge krav 3, karakterisert ved at filamentflorstoffets flatevekt utgjør 50 til 350 g/m<2> ved en enkeltiter fra 3 til 8 dtex.
5 . Lagstoff ifølge minst ett av kravene 1-4, karakterisert ved at mineralfiberfloret er et våtlagt stapelfiberflor.
6. Lagstoff ifølge minst ett av kravene 1-5, karak-terisert ved at mineralf iberf loret har en flatevekt mellom 30 og 60 g/m2 .
