Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for producing building blocks with at least one recess, which extends from the bottom of the bearing towards the top of the bearing, and to an apparatus for carrying out the method, with a lower part, a load and at least one core.
- the building blocks are, for example, those that are described in DE-A-26 50 292 and are used to construct retaining walls in dry construction.
- Such modules have a pin and a collar arranged around them on the top of the bearing and a recess corresponding to the pin and a through hole on the bottom of the bearing.
- Such stones are produced in a known form shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and described in more detail below. While in the case of small holes and smaller bricks, for example bricks, the openings are made subsequently, i.e. after compacting, by pushing in corresponding mandrels, this is not possible in the case of building blocks with relatively large openings, i.e. the shape must have cores corresponding to the recesses. In the known device, the production of such stones is very time-consuming, since the sheet with the cores has to be rotated by 180 ° about a horizontal axis. In addition, the concrete is filled from the underside of the bearing, i.e. that it is very difficult to compact the top of the bearing, which is generally also the visible side, enough to achieve a smooth and dense surface.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show, in section and schematically, the previously known method and a known device
- the upper side of the bearing ie the visible side
- the surface which should have the best surface quality, cannot be compacted so well.
- the use of two different concrete mixes, ie a finer mix for the visible side and a coarser one for the underside, can alleviate the problem, but not completely solve it. After compaction, the ballast is lifted again and a board support 5 is placed on the lower mold part and thus locked.
- FIG. 2 also shows the stone 7 with two pegs 8 and the two recesses 9 and the continuous openings 10.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 schematically show the new method and the essential elements of the new device.
- the load 11 the lower mold part 12 and the two cores 13, which are on one Drawing plate 14 are attached.
- the process consists of pouring the concrete into the lower part of the mold when the load is raised, lowering the load and compacting the concrete while rotating the rotating cups 15.
- the building block is shaped in the same position as it is laid, ie the top of the bearing, which is important for the appearance, using two different-grain concrete mixes.
- the ballast is first pulled up and then the bottom part together with the stone.
- locking means 16 must be present which prevent the stone from falling out of the lower part of the mold, since the cores arranged on the drawing plate remain in place during the raising of the lower part.
- a base 17, usually a board is pulled there.
- the fact that the lower mold part with the cores and with the stones does not have to be rotated about a horizontal axis means that a very large amount of time can be saved, so that the new device enables a 10 to 12-fold output.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 with FIGS. 3 and 4
- much less concrete has to be displaced with the new method, and the compression takes place from the top of the bearing, ie where it is most effective, by a precisely shaped one and to form a pleasing smooth surface.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 show an important element of the device according to the invention, the means 16 for holding the compacted stone together with the stone when the lower mold part is raised.
- These holding means consist of holding cams 18, which are paired are arranged and are arranged on both sides of the stone or shape.
- the cams 18 form the front part of a lever 19 which is connected to a pressure cylinder 23 via a first joint 20 and a second joint 22, as can be seen from FIG. 6.
- This pressure cylinder 23 with connections 24 is preferably a hydraulically operated pressure cylinder.
- the cams can also be operated mechanically. It can be seen from FIG.
- FIG. 6 shows that pulling in the push rods 25 of the cylinders causes the levers or holding cams 18 to be pulled apart.
- two regulating screws 26 and 27 can also be seen in order to be able to adjust the movement of the holding cams.
- the lower mold part contains the outer walls 28, the mold walls 29 and a molding table 30 to protect the holding devices.
- a filler rail 31 is shown on the right-hand side of FIG.
- FIG. 6 also shows that a rubber-elastic base 39 is arranged on the drawing plate 14, which brings about a substantially better surface and a clean separation of the stones from the drawing plate. This underlay should lie loosely so that it peels off when the compacted stones are removed.
- the drawing also shows that the engagement surfaces of the holding cams are relatively small in relation to the surface of the stone, but it turns out in production that this is completely sufficient to hold the stone in the lower part of the mold. Since these retaining cams attack the underside of the stone, any traces of them are little or not visible when installed.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 show a further element of the device according to the invention, the rotating cups 15, which serve for better compaction of the concrete, mainly on the top of the bearing.
- the load housing 32 see FIG. 8, there are eight compression devices 33 which are suitable for a drive 34 and Control means 35 are driven individually.
- the surface 36 of the rotary cups 15 facing the mold corresponds to the surface of the upper side of the bearing of a modular unit and can be rotated concentrically to the pin on the stone.
- the control means 35 for driving the individual rotary cups consist of drive rods 37 which are articulated on the drive 34 in such a way that the oscillation of all rotary cups takes place simultaneously.
- the push rods 37 are connected to the main drive 34 via a gear 38, as can be seen from FIG.
- the four push rods are spatially arranged so that they do not interfere with one another.
- the rotary cups are not set in rotation but in an oscillation as soon as the drive rotates.
- FIG. 8 it is also indicated that instead of four 2-element elements, as drawn in FIG. 5, two 3-element and two 1-element elements can be produced at the same time, or eight 1-element or two 4-element elements.
- a device which has the essential elements according to the invention to produce other units in a different number.
- Figure 9 shows, on an enlarged scale, a section through a form after the material has been filled and compacted. It is very clear here that only a relatively small amount of concrete has to be displaced when compacting the stone and that the stones with the large contact surface rest on the drawing board and then on the board base.
- the drawing plate with the rubber-elastic support and the cores is located above the base board in basic form tion, the lower part of the mold is locked at the bottom with mandrels (not shown) with the drawing plate, the locks are closed and the mold load is in the upper end position.
- the core concrete filling wagon moves forward, fills the mold and moves back, then an intermediate vibration takes place, the vibrations taking place via the vibrating table, not shown in the drawing, on which the drawing plate and the support lie.
- the front loading wagon with fine-grain concrete moves up, fills the mold again and drives back. Afterwards, the main vibration with top vibration occurs and the mold load starts.
- the drive is switched on and the rotating cups start to oscillate to enable better compaction.
- the oscillation continues for some time after the main vibration has ended due to time relays.
- the mold load then rises to a middle position and then the mold base moves up with the stones until the drawing sheet cores are free and the feed slide with the drawing sheet moves back.
- the lower mold part with the stones moves down to the base board and the mold load moves down to just above the stones, whereupon the locking cams are unlocked.
- the lower part of the mold moves up until the stones are released, whereby the rotating cups can oscillate slightly, whereupon the mold load rises to the middle position.
- the feed carriage then advances with the drawing plate, pushes the board with the finished stones out of the machine and brings a new empty board for the next production cycle.
- the lower part of the mold moves down to the drawing plate and locks the drawing plate via the mandrels and the mold load moves into the upper end position, whereby the starting position is reached again.
- This cycle lasts about 35 seconds, which results in a very high hourly output, which is about 10 to 12 times that of previously known devices.
- the set stones can be packed together with conventional stacking or packaging devices to form stone stacks with, for example, 5 stone layers each, which can be packed or loaded into the warehouse with conventional paving stone package clamps.
- interlocks are not necessary for the production of individual elements, since these stones remain in the molding box without additives, while the load is pulled upwards with the lower part.
- the blanks are separated from the mold by piercing the load through the mold chambers.
- flat capstones do not require rotating cups on the ballast.
- the manufacturing process is not suitable for the building blocks mentioned at the beginning, but for all moldings which have tapered recesses from bottom to top. This is made possible by the double demolding of the drawing plate with the aid of the locking cams with correspondingly profiled bumps.
- the method is also suitable for moldings which have one or more concentrically circular profiles on the top. This is made possible by the oscillating rotating cups.
- the side contour of the moldings can be any and does not need to correspond to the building block mentioned above.
Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing building blocks with at least one recess, which extends from the bottom of the bearing towards the top of the bearing, and to an apparatus for carrying out the method, with a lower part, a load and at least one core. The building blocks are, for example, those that are described in DE-A-26 50 292 and are used to construct retaining walls in dry construction. Such modules have a pin and a collar arranged around them on the top of the bearing and a recess corresponding to the pin and a through hole on the bottom of the bearing.
Such stones are produced in a known form shown in FIGS.
Based on this, it is the task of the present inventor to specify a method for producing such modules with a recess and an apparatus for performing this method, with which it is possible to produce modules quickly and efficiently and of better quality. This object is achieved with the method and device described in the claims.
The invention is explained below with reference to a drawing with exemplary embodiments.

In Figures 1 and 2, the previously known device is shown schematically and you can see from the top down, the
One can see the
In the following, the device and the method for the production of such building blocks are explained in more detail with reference to the details shown in FIGS. 5 to 9. FIGS. 5 and 6 show an important element of the device according to the invention, the
Wie in Figur 8 durch den Kreisbogen V angedeutet, werden die Drehtassen nicht in Rotation, sondern in eine Oszillation versetzt, sobald sich der Antrieb dreht.FIGS. 7 and 8 show a further element of the device according to the invention, the
In FIG. 8 it is also indicated that instead of four 2-element elements, as drawn in FIG. 5, two 3-element and two 1-element elements can be produced at the same time, or eight 1-element or two 4-element elements. Of course, it is also possible to use a device which has the essential elements according to the invention to produce other units in a different number.
Figure 9 shows, on an enlarged scale, a section through a form after the material has been filled and compacted. It is very clear here that only a relatively small amount of concrete has to be displaced when compacting the stone and that the stones with the large contact surface rest on the drawing board and then on the board base.
The individual process steps of the automatic production process are described in more detail below, with the following basic position being assumed: The drawing plate with the rubber-elastic support and the cores is located above the base board in basic form tion, the lower part of the mold is locked at the bottom with mandrels (not shown) with the drawing plate, the locks are closed and the mold load is in the upper end position. First of all, the core concrete filling wagon moves forward, fills the mold and moves back, then an intermediate vibration takes place, the vibrations taking place via the vibrating table, not shown in the drawing, on which the drawing plate and the support lie. After the intermediate vibration, the front loading wagon with fine-grain concrete moves up, fills the mold again and drives back. Afterwards, the main vibration with top vibration occurs and the mold load starts. During the main vibration, the drive is switched on and the rotating cups start to oscillate to enable better compaction. The oscillation continues for some time after the main vibration has ended due to time relays. The mold load then rises to a middle position and then the mold base moves up with the stones until the drawing sheet cores are free and the feed slide with the drawing sheet moves back. The lower mold part with the stones moves down to the base board and the mold load moves down to just above the stones, whereupon the locking cams are unlocked. Then the lower part of the mold moves up until the stones are released, whereby the rotating cups can oscillate slightly, whereupon the mold load rises to the middle position. The feed carriage then advances with the drawing plate, pushes the board with the finished stones out of the machine and brings a new empty board for the next production cycle. The lower part of the mold moves down to the drawing plate and locks the drawing plate via the mandrels and the mold load moves into the upper end position, whereby the starting position is reached again.
In one embodiment of the device according to the invention This cycle lasts about 35 seconds, which results in a very high hourly output, which is about 10 to 12 times that of previously known devices. The set stones can be packed together with conventional stacking or packaging devices to form stone stacks with, for example, 5 stone layers each, which can be packed or loaded into the warehouse with conventional paving stone package clamps.
The interlocks are not necessary for the production of individual elements, since these stones remain in the molding box without additives, while the load is pulled upwards with the lower part. After the mold has been placed on the board, the blanks are separated from the mold by piercing the load through the mold chambers. In addition, flat capstones do not require rotating cups on the ballast.
The manufacturing process is not suitable for the building blocks mentioned at the beginning, but for all moldings which have tapered recesses from bottom to top. This is made possible by the double demolding of the drawing plate with the aid of the locking cams with correspondingly profiled bumps.
The method is also suitable for moldings which have one or more concentrically circular profiles on the top. This is made possible by the oscillating rotating cups.
It is of course also possible to produce moldings which have the above features at the same time, as is the case with the module mentioned at the beginning.
In any case, the side contour of the moldings can be any and does not need to correspond to the building block mentioned above.
