Abstract
Eine Rührwerksmühle mit einem zylindrischen ortsfesten
Mahlbehälter (3) weist einen teilweise mit Mahlhilfskörpern
(44) gefüllten Mahlraum (9) auf, in dem konzentrisch ein dreh
antreibbares Rührwerk (7) angeordnet ist, von dem Rührstäbe
(29) radial abstehen. Außerdem können an der Behälterwand
(10) Gegenstäbe (31′, 31″) angebracht sein.
Um den Verschleiß der Mahlraumwand (10) und gegebe
nenfalls den Verschleiß der Rührwerkswelle unter gleichzeiti
ger Verbesserung des Wärmeübergangs an der Mahlraum
wand und gegebenenfalls der Rührwerkswelle zu verbessern,
ist der Abstand (a) der Rührstäbe (29) von der Mahlraumwand
(10) kleiner als der halbe Durchmesser der kleinsten einge
setzten Mahlhilfskörper (44). Gleiches gilt gegebenenfalls für
die Gegenstäbe (31, 31′). Die Stäbe sind an ihren Enden eben
ausgebildet.
