Claims (9)

1. Dispositif pour montage et fixation flottante d'un carter de pompe centrifuge à un moteur électrique, au moyen d'une pièce intermédiaire qui sépare de la pompe aussi bien le fluide à pomper par le moteur que les milieux se trouvent dans le moteur, la pièce intermédiaire étant faite dans un matériau résistant à la corrosion et étant centrée, du côté de l'entraînement, par l'intermédiaire d'un premier évidement d'un flasque formant palier du moteur électrique, et fixée par des moyens d'attache, et étant centrée du côté de la pompe par l'intermédiaire d'un deuxième évidement du carter de pompe, et fixée grâce à un moyen mécanique et/ou dynamique, caractérisé en ce que le flasque formant palier, tourné vers la pompe, du moteur électrique est d'une seule pièce avec le carter (1b) du palier situé du côté de la pompe, et d'une seule pièce avec un boîtier de lanterne (1d).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de lanterne (1d) présente, dans la position de l'installation du flasque formant palier (1e), au moins une ouverture de lanterne inférieure (1f).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est construit comme une structure soudée de corps fondamentaux géométriques les plus simples possibles.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une pièce coulée.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par une structure combinée, coulée et soudée.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué dans le même matériau que le carter de pompe (3).
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, sur le côté du flasque formant palier (1a) tourné vers le carter de pompe (3), un épaulement cylindrique central (1b) et, dans la partie inférieure du flasque, deux boulons écartés l'un de l'autre, situés an dehors de l'épaulement cylindrique et faisant saillie au-dessus de la surface de réception formée par la face frontale du flasque.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de l'installation du flasque (la) formant palier, deux béquilles (1q) sont disposées et fixées à son côté inférieur, et en ce que, sur une face frontale libre de béquille, on peut monter un pied (12) qu'on peut déplacer dans le sens axial grâce à un boulon fileté (13) et immobiliser grâce à un contre- écrou (11).
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un chapeau de palier (9) du côté de la pompe, serré axialement entre un palier à roulement (7) et le carter de palier (1b) à l'intérieur d'un alésage de roulement (11), ledit chapeau enfermant un arbre (5) avec eu et étant en contact étanche avec une bague de projection (10), montée pour tourner avec l'arbre sur ce dernier.
