Claims (11)

1. Bande profilée en matière plastique munie d'additifs de renforcement sous forme de fibres, en particulier pour la fabrication de cadres de fenêtres, présentant une pluralité de cloisons externes et de raidissement, formant des cavités s'étendant le long du profilé, caractérisée par le fait qu'à la matière plastique formant les cloisons externes et de raidissement (10, 12, 14), sont ajoutées jusqu'à 20 % en poids de fibres de verre ou jusqu'à 40 % en poids de matière fibreuse sans verre, telle que fibres de carbone, de matière plastique ou de céramique et que la (les) cavité(s) (18) soumise(s) aux chocs et/ou la (les) cavité(s) (18), délimitée(s) par les cloisons extérieures formant la face externe du cadre de fenêtre, est (sont) remplie(s) complètement par un corps (16) en une matière plastique ne comportant en principe aucun additif derenforcement.
2. Bande profilée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la matière plastique formant les cloisons extérieures et de raidissement (10, 12, 14) est du polychlorure de vinyle.
3. Bande profilée selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée par le fait que les fibres de verre ajoutées à la matière plastique formant les cloisons extérieures et de raidissement (10, 12, 14) possède un diamètre compris entre 2 et 25 µm et une longueur de brin allant jusqu'à 25 mm.
4. Bande profilée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le corps en matière plastique (16) remplissant la (les) cavité(s) (18) est une matière plastique alvéolaire.
5. Bande profilée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la matière de base de la matière plastique remplissant la (les) cavité(s) correspond à la matière de base formant les cloisons extérieures et de raidissement (10, 12, 14).
6. Bande profilée selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'épaisseur de paroi des cloisons extérieures (10, 12) est comprise entre 0,2 et 10 mm, de préférence entre 2,0 et 4,0 mm et la profondeur de la cavité (18) délimitée par ces cloisons et remplie d'un corps en matière plastique (16) atteint jusqu'à 15 mm.
7. Procédé de fabrication d'une bande profilée en matière plastique selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé par le fait que l'on extrude le corps en matière plastique remplissant la (les) cavité(s) ensemble avec les cloisons extérieures et de raidissement.
8. Procédé de fabrication d'une liaison d'angle entre profilés en matière plastique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par des soudures en particulier du corps en matière plastique remplissant la (les) cavité(s).
9. Procédé de fabrication d'une liaison d'angle entre profilés en matière plastique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fraisage du corps en matière plastique, introduction d'équerres en tôle perforée dans le fraisage et collage au moyen d'une colle appropriée, en particulier remplissage du fraisage avec du polyuréthane alvéolaire.
10. Procédé de fabrication d'un profilé en matière plastique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'on munit une ou plusieurs des faces externes des cloisons extérieures avec une feuille de matière plastique et/ou une couche de vernis.
11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par la co-extrusion d'une matière thermoplastique, avec les cloisons extérieures et de raidissment.
