Definitions
- the invention relates to a stacking system. These are used, for example, in the so-called orderly workpiece placement on machine tools with automatic tool change or when using robots.
- a stacking system is known (DE-A-2 131 032) which is used for stacking fruit and vegetable crates. For this purpose, it has a receiving part (a) into which the objects to be stored, namely fruit and vegetables, are inserted without being secured against slipping sideways. Thereafter, a stack part (B) is, as it were, used as a cover for closing the receiving part on the receiving part (a). The underside of the next receiving part which is adapted to it can then be placed on the top of the stacking part, as a result of which the filled receiving parts can be stacked.
- This known stacking system is only suitable for objects up to a maximum height. If, on the other hand, objects of a lower height, for example mirabels, are to be recorded next to one another, the difference up to the maximum height forms unused dead space, which only costs storage space. On the other hand, if, for example, apples are stored as objects of approximately maximum height, there is no unused dead space.
- the known stacking system cannot be used for objects with a height greater than the maximum height, for example large tomatoes, provided that the height of the object exceeds the height of the receiving part plus the height of the stacking part. In this case, only a separate stack part of greater height helps, which must be stored separately, which is undesirable because of the lack of nesting stackability of these stack parts.
- a stack system with an outer container as a stack part and an inner container inserted therein as a receiving part for the workpieces as objects to be picked up is also known.
- the inner container is used for the coordinated, orderly storage of the tools so that they can be automatically removed from the troughs in a defined position.
- the outer containers with the inner container used are stacked on top of one another via their underside of the next outer container placed on the edge.
- the free space above the tools of the inner container is unused dead space when only one size of outer container is used and costs storage volume. If this is avoided, a separate outer container with certain dimensions (as well as an inner container adapted to the objects) must be used for each type of object. The disadvantage of this multitude of necessary different containers is obvious.
- the invention has for its object to provide a stack system with a variable stack height depending on the product. This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of the main claim.
- the outer container can be conical and / or have vertical walls with meandering cutouts. In the latter case, a maximum use of space per same base area of the receiving part is possible.
- the inner container can also protrude above the outer container to hold tall objects in the troughs.
- the stacking system 20 shown consists of a tray-like receiving part 21 designed as an inner container with troughs 22 for receiving the objects and a stacking part 23 designed as an outer container, both the outer and the inner container being nestable in each case, namely in the exemplary embodiment shown due to their conical formation.
- the upper side 24 of the inner container is designed to support the lower side 26 of the outer container 23 and also prevents the latter from slipping sideways because of the edge 25 protruding on the side above the upper side 24 of the inner container.
- the upper side 27 of the outer container 23 is also adapted to the lower side 28 of the inner container so that the inner container 21 can be inserted into the outer container 23 via these two - lateral - regions.
- a stack height adapted to these objects and without dead space can be selected in one and the same outer container 23, as shown in FIG.
- FIG. 3 shows an embodiment for an outer container 30 which has conical walls 32 with respect to the container bottom 31, which have meandering recesses 33 which extend as far as the outer container bottom 31, and the non-recessed areas 32 serve as stacking corners or devices.
- An inner container 35 or 36 is used as the stacking system, the sides of which come to rest against the lateral areas of the outer container 30 which serve as stacking corners and are supported there as the upper side 34 thereof.
- the underside 37 of the non-recessed walls 32 of the outer container 30 is received in a form-fitting manner by adapted upper sides 38 of the inner container 35.
- the inner container 35 is in turn supported with its undersides 39 on the upper sides 34 of the outer containers 30 arranged underneath.
- the troughs (not shown in the drawing) for receiving the objects can then be arranged in the inner region located above the outer container bottom 31.
- FIG. 5 shows an inner container 36 which allows a lower stack height than the embodiment according to FIG.
- FIG. 6 An embodiment of the stacking system in its simplest embodiment is shown in FIG. 6.
- the stacking parts 40 can be stacked by themselves (FIG. 9), as are the receiving parts 41 (FIG. 10).
- the top 42 of each stack part 40 is adapted to the bottom 43 of the receiving part 41, so that a positive and stable stacking is possible.
- the stack height can be set independently of the stack part 40, as the various embodiments according to FIGS. 7 and 8 show.

Description
- Fig. 1 ein Stapelsystem mit einem Aufnahmeteil und einem Stapelteil für die Aufnahme von Gegenständen bestimmter Höhe;
- Fig. 2 ein Stapelsystem gemäß Figur 1, jedoch zur Aufahme von Gegenständen größerer Höhe;
- Fig. 3 eine andere Ausführungsform für ein als Außenbehälter ausgebildetes Stapelteil ohne das Aufnahmeteil, in perspektivischer Darstellung;
- Fig. 4 zwei mittels eines Aufnahmeteils übereinander gestapelte Stapelteile gemäß Figur 3, im abgebrochenen, schematischen Querschnitt;
- Fig. 5 eine Ansicht gemäß Fig. 4, jedoch mit einem Aufnahmeteil anderer Stapelhöhe;
- Fig. 6 eine weitere Ausführungsform eines Stapelsystems, in schematischer Darstellung;
- Fig. 7 das Stapelsystem gemäß Fig. 6, jedoch mit anderer Stapelhöhe und ohne aufgenommene Gegenstände;
- Fig. 8 ein Stapelsystem gemäß Fig. 7, jedoch mit anderer Stapelhöhe;
