Abstract

A sheet delivery device for a printing machine wherein a sheet is peeled from an impression cylinder and introduced into a nip formed between two conveyor rollers rolling on one another includes a sheet guiding device located downstream of the conveyor rollers in travel direction of a peeled sheet, guide rollers for a trailing region of the peeled sheet, the guide rollers being in operative engagement with the impression cylinder, a carrying element carrying and uniting the conveyor rollers, the sheet guiding device and the guide rollers into a single unit so that they are adjustable in common therewith to a selected format width, and adjusting means carried by the carrying element for adjusting respective forces of application of the conveyor rollers and the guide rollers.

Description

Ebensowenig möglich ist hierbei eine individuelle Einstellung der Andruckkräfte der Führungsrollen und der oberen Transportrollen, da die Führungsrollen (23) auf einer gemeinsamen Achse (19) gelagert sind, welche mittels eines mit einer ersten Feder (21) belasteten Hebels (20) gegen den Druckzylinder (16) angestellt ist und da die Tragelemente ihrerseits mit ihrem einen Ende an derselben Achse (19) angelenkt sind und die am anderen Ende der Tragelemente in den Tragelementen aufgenommenen oberen Führungsrollen über jeweils eine weitere am jeweiligen Tragelement angreifende Feder (34) gegen die Transportwalze (13) gedrückt werden. Claims (5)

1. Sheet delivery device, especially for small offset printing machines, comprising a stripping device (13) for peeling off a printed sheet (5) from an impression cylinder, a pair of carrying elements (24) being slidably and lockably mounted on a traverse extending transverse to the sheet run direction, a pair of guide and conveyor roller arrangements (20, 21, 22), being respectively slidable in unison with the carrying elements and each having a guide roller (20) holding the trailing sheet end down on the impression cylinder (3), a freely rotatable first conveyor roller (22) rolling off on the top side of the peeled-off sheet, and a second conveyor roller rolling off on the bottom side of the peeled-off sheet, a common drive shaft (50) for the second conveyor rollers on which the second conveyor rollers (21) are mounted so as to be longitudinally slidable, as well as a guiding device (23), carried by the carrying elements, for the sheet leaving the conveyor rollers,
characterized in that after each pair of conveyor rollers formed of a first conveyor roller (22) and a second conveyor roller (21) there is arranged a sheet guiding plate (23) being slidable together with the carrying element (24), that the carrying elements (24), for the purpose of locking, are mounted on a first traverse (25) and on a second traverse (29) extending in sheet run direction and the respective guide roller (20) as well as the respective first conveyor roller (22) of a respective guide and conveyor roller arrangement (20, 21, 22) are mounted on a lever (37, 31 ) which, in turn, is swivelably mounted on the carrying element (24) and braced against it by the tension force of an adjustable spring (33,41).
2. Sheet delivery device according to Claim 1,
characterized in that as a carrying element (24) there is provided an elongated bearing block which is lockable on the first traverse formed as a flattened round shaft (25) by means of a capstan- head screw (26) and which is braced against the traverse (29) by a fork-shaped projection (28).
3. Sheet delivery device according to Claim 1,
characterized in that at each carrying element (24) there is detachably fastened a bracket 45 which transmits a transverse sliding movement of the carrying elements (24) to the respective second conveyor roller (21), thereby embracing the roller ends.
4. Sheet delivery device according to Claim 1,
characterized in that the bracket (45) is operatively connected with adjustment means (46, 47) engaging at the carrying element (24) and adjusting the bracket (45) in longitudinal direction of the first traverse (25) with respect to the carrying element (24).
5. Sheet delivery device according to Claim 1,
characterized in that as an adjustment means there are provided knurled nuts (46) engaging at a strap (43) of the bracket (45) while being screwed onto a threaded pin (47) which is fastened to the carrying element (24).
