Claims (9)

1. Dispositif pour la fabrication d'un pli oblique au début d'une nappe continue de papier sur une machine de pliage mécanique de feuilles telles des calques de dessins, etc. caractérisé par une bande de cassure de plis (5) disposée en forme de spirale sur le pourtour d'un cylindre (9) et par un contre-cylindre (4) en matière élastique destiné au prémarquage du pli oblique (8) du rabattement (6), de manière telle que celui-ci soit placé suivant un certain angle vis-à-vis de la nappe de papier venant à la suite, ainsi que par une disposition (10, 12, 18) susceptible de s'appuyer sur le rabattement établi et intercalée à la suite dans le sens du transport afin d'incliner le rabattement (6) et d'imprimer une brisure accentuée au pli oblique (8) prémarqué.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif intercalé à la suite afin d'incliner le rabattement présente un élément ralentisseur (10, 12) qui saisit le rabattement constitué.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par une brosse cylindrique (10) intervenant sur le bord de la feuille au point de départ du pli oblique (8) prémarqué, ou à proximité de celui-ci, pour incliner la partie initiale du rabattement (6).
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3 caractérisé par une barre de maintien (12) inclinée et libre en rotation dont la fonction est d'incliner la partie restante (6b) du rabattement (6).
5. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif intercalé à la suite présente une paire de rouleaux qui sert à l'inflexion accentuée du pli oblique (8) ainsi que pour la poursuite du transport.
6. Dispositif selon une au moins des revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce qu'il est disposé dans le sens de l'avance de la feuille (1) une paire de rouleaux de transport (2) devant la bande de cassure des plis (5) et le contre-cylindre (4) à une faible distance de ceux-ci.
7. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (9) est entraîné avec la bande de cassure de plis (5) au moyen d'un accouplement à une seule vitesse (19) et en ce que celui-ci est commandé par un palpeur (3) disposé dans la zone d'introduction pour le palpage de l'arête antérieure de la nappe de papier.
8. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison de la bande de cassure de plis (5) disposée en forme spirale par rapport à la direction de l'axe du cylindre (9) est le même pour tous les formats (feuilles 30, 40) et est d'au moins 6°.
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau de la paire de rouleaux (18) est constitué par un rouleau à segment.
