Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Verkaufsaufsteller als Orientierungshilfe zur Warenpräsentation mit zumindest einer Platte, auf welcher in Streifenform in Längsrichtung der Platte ein Haftvermittler aufgebracht und durch eine nach außen nicht haftende, abzuziehende Abdeckung bedeckt ist.
  • Orientierungshilfen bzw. Verkaufsaufsteller werden in vielfältiger Form überwiegend als tiefgezogene oder spritzgegossene Trays eingesetzt. Es wurden auch bereits wesentlich wirtschaftlicher herzustellende Verkaufaufsteller in Form von Faltschachteln vorgeschlagen. Um eine Faltschachtel als Verkaufsaufsteller zur werbewirksamen Warenpräsentation im Handel auszubilden, werden die vom Schachtelboden abgewandten Oberkanten der beiden Schachtellängswände mit deckungsgleichen, der Form der zu präsentierenden Ware angepaßten Aussparungen ausgestattet. Stattdessen können nach einem anderen Vorschlag die umlaufenden Stirn- und Längswände der Faltschachtel als Auflager des die zu präsentierenden Gegenstände aufnehmenden Schachtelbodens ausgebildet werden, wenn der nach oben zu kehrende Boden mit Öffnungen zum Aufnehmen und Halten der Gegenstände ausgestattet wird.
  • Ein Verkaufsaufsteller der eingangs genannten Art ist aus der FR-A-2 496 062 bekannt. Dieser Verkaufsaufsteller weist jedoch keine Stabilisierungs- und Orientierungshilfen für das darauf darzubietende Produkt auf.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Verkaufsaufsteller zu schaffen, der für relativ leichtgewichtige Produkte, insbesondere Blisterpackungen, eine stabile, orientierte Plazierung gewährleistet.
  • Bei einem Verkaufsaufsteller der eingangs bezeichneten Art wird diese Aufgabe gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß im Bereich des Haftvermittlers die Platte, die Abdeckung und den Haftvermittler durchdringende Profilausstanzungen ausgebildet sind.
  • Auf den zweckmäßig in Form eines Streifens oder mehrerer, vorzugsweise parallel zueinander verlaufender Streifen auf die Platte aufgebrachten Haftvermittler werden die zu präsentierenden Produkte nach dem Abziehen der Abdeckung aufgesetzt. Sie werden zweckmäßig so angeordnet, daß sie zugleich für den Kunden gut zu erkennen sowie von diesem problemlos abzunehmen sind aber bei normaler Handhabung nicht ungewollt verrutschen und in Unordnung kommen. Zusätzliche Stabilität wird erreicht, wenn die Platte Kontur-Ausstanzungen zur besseren Produktanordnung aufweist; beispielsweise können die Ausstanzungen vorstehende Produktränder aufnehmen.
  • Schließlich ist die Erfindung an eine besonders geeignete Umverpackung für ein oder mehrere mit aufgesetzter Ware versehene Platten angepaßt. Hiernach wird die Platte mit aufgesetztem Produkt vorzugsweise so ausgebildet, daß sie in eine Schubschachtel, mit einseitig offenem Hülsenkörper einzuschieben ist. Die Schubschachtel, insbesondere Schubfaltschachtel, kann außerdem in eine Klarsichtfolie eingeschrumpft werden, so daß die Platte bzw. übereinander gestapelte Platten mit aufgesetztem Produkt durch die Öffnung des Hülsenkörpers zu sehen sind. Zum erleichterten Herausziehen der Platte aus dem Hülsenkörper ist erfindungsgemäß eine Griff-Lasche an die Platte, insbesondere an eines von deren Längsenden, angeformt.
  • Anhand der schematischen Darstellung von Ausführungsbeispielen werden Einzelheiten der Erfindung erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen Verkaufsaufsteller in der Draufsicht;
    • Fig. 2 ein Teilstück längs der Linie VII-VII von Fig. 1;
    • Fig. 3 die prinzipielle Schichtenfolge eines Verkaufsaufstellers;
    • Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht zweier übereinander gestapelter Verkaufsaufsteller;
    • Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf eine durch Abziehen der Abdeckung nur teilweise freigelegte Haftvermittler -Fläche; und
    • Fig. 6 eine Perspektivdarstellung einer Schubfaltschachtel mit teilweise herausgezogenem Verkaufsaufsteller.
  • Der Verkaufaufsteller nach Fig. 1 und 2 besteht aus einer Platte 1, vorzugsweise aus Wellpappe, mit in Längsrichtung darauf aufgebrachtem, streifenförmigem Haftvermittler 2 und darauf liegender, nach außen nicht haftender Abdeckung 3. Der prinzipielle Aufbau dieser Anordnung im Querschnitt ist in Fig. 3 dargestellt.
  • Zum Aufsetzen breiterer Produkte oder für einen zweireihigen Aufbau können auf der Platte 1 auch zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete Streifen des Haftvermittlers 2 mit Abdeckung 3 aufgebracht sein. Weiterhin weist die Platte 1 Profilausstanzungen 12 auf.
  • In Fig. 2 wird die Seitenansicht einer Produktanordnung in dem als Orientierungshilfe dienenden Verkaufsaufsteller dargestellt. Sie zeigt einen Teilausschnitt längs der Linie VII-VII von Fig. 1 mit aufgesetzten Produktbehältern 13.
  • Der jeweils überstehende Rand 14 der Produktbehälter taucht in die Profilausstanzungen 12 der Platte 1 ein. Im übrigen können die Behälter 13 auf einem freigelegten Haftvermittler 2 haften, wozu vor dem Aufsetzen der Produktbehälter 13 die Abdeckung 3 entfernt wird.
  • In Fig. 4 ist schematisch die Seitenansicht von zwei übereinander gestapelten Verkaufsaufstellern mit Blisterkarten 4 dargestellt, wobei Haftvermittlerstreifen 9 auch an der Unterseite der jeweils oberen Platte 10 vorgesehen sind, so daß ein Verrutschen der Oberplatte 10 gegenüber den Blisteroberkanten 11 ebenfalls vermieden wird.
  • Die Fig. 5 zeigt einen Verkaufsaufsteller mit einer Platte 1 mit streifenförmigem Haftvermittler 2, dessen Abdeckung 3 im Bereich zwischen zwei Profillinien 14, insbesondere Stanzlinien, abzulösen ist. Die Ausstanzungen 12 sind hier ebenso wie in Fig. 4 nicht dargestellt. Durch eine solche Ausbildung der Abdeckung 3 wird erreicht, daß im wesentlichen nur die Stellen des Haftvermittlers freizulegen sind, die zum Aufsetzen von Produkt wirklich benötigt werden. Unnötige Haftflächen, die nur Schmutzpartikel sammeln, werden dadurch verkleinert.
  • Fig. 6 zeigt eine Schubfaltschachtel 15 mit Bodenklappen 16 und einem einseitig offenen Hülsenkörper 17, in den der Verkaufsaufsteller mit Platte 1 und aufgesetzten Produktbehältern 4 einzuschieben ist. Die gefüllte Packung kann durch Einschrumpfen mit einer Klarsichtfolie verschlossen werden, so daß an der offenen Vorderseite bzw. einseitigen Öffnung 18 des Hülsenkörpers 17 ein Sichtfenster entsteht. Beim Auspacken der Ware wird das Sichtfenster entfernt und das Produkt kann auf der Plate 1 ruhend aus dem Behälter entnommen werden. Eine zusätzliche, zweckmäßig im verpackten Zustand hochstehende Griff-Lasche 19 kann diese Arbeit erleichtern.
  • Die Platte 1 des Haftvermittlers 2 mit darauf liegender Abdeckung 3 kann hergestellt werden, indem ein doppelseitiges Klebeband mit einseitiger Abdeckung auf eine Wellpappfläche aufgebracht und diese dann in der gewünschten Form ausgeschnitten bzw. gestanzt wird, hierbei können zugleich Profilaussparungen nach Fig. 1 eingebracht werden. Grundsätzlich ist es aber auch möglich, eine Haftklebeschicht auf vorher gestanzte bzw. zugeschnittene Platten, z. B. mittels einer Auftragsvorrichtung, aufzubringen und unmittelbar danach das Produkt aufzustellen; in diesem Fall ist ein zwischenzeitliches Überdecken der Haftklebeschicht mit einer abzuziehenden Abdeckung nicht erforderlich.
  • Bei der Anwendung der Platten mit Haftvermittler kommt entweder ein Konfektionieren mit dem Produkt und Verpackung in den Schubschachteln, vorzugsweise mit Folieneinschrumpfung, oder ein herkömmliches Verpacken des Produkts unter Beigabe oder gesonderter Lieferung einer entsprechenden Anzahl von Platten mit Haftvermittler in Frage. Die Platten können auch so ausgebildet werden, daß sie geeignet sind, zugleich verschiedene Produkte, z. B. Produktfamilien, zu präsentieren.

Claims (5)

1. Verkaufsaufsteller als Orientierungshilfe zur Warenpräsentation mit zumindest einer Platte (1), auf welcher in Streifenform in Längsrichtung der Platte (1) ein Haftvermittler (2) aufgebracht und durch eine nach außen nicht haftende, abzuziehende Abdeckung (3) bedeckt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich des Haftvermittlers (2) die Platte (1), die Abdeckung (3) und den Haftvermittler (2) durchdringende Profilausstanzungen (12) ausgebildet sind.
2. Verkaufsaufsteller nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwei oder mehr Platten (1, 10) mit aufgesetzter Ware (4) übereinandergestapelt sind, wobei die auf eine Reihe von Ware (4) aufgesetzte weitere Platte (10) zusätzlich auf der Unterseite in Streifenform Haftvermittler (9) aufweist.
3. Verkaufsaufsteller nach einem der vorangehenden Anprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine längs Profillinien, insbesondere Stanzlinien, im wesentlichen nur von den zum Aufsetzen von Ware (4) erforderlichen Bereichen des Haftvermittlers (2) abzuziehende Abdeckung (3).
4. Verkaufsaufsteller nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine an einem Längsende der Platte (1) vorstehend angeordnete Grifflasche (19).
5. Verkaufsaufsteller nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Platte aus Wellpappe besteht.
