Definitions
- the invention relates to a crane with a rotatable column consisting of a foot and an upper part and hydraulics for luffing and laying down the jib and for erecting and laying down the foldable upper part of the column, in particular for canal-going ships.
- the invention has for its object to provide a crane of the type mentioned, which at. Laying down the jib and the upper part of the crane column takes up a small height and is characterized by its simple construction and handling.
- the boom and column upper part can be laid down on opposite sides. Not only does this reduce the height of the room when the jib and crane column top are down, there are also advantageous possibilities for simplification in terms of both construction and operation.
- the hydraulics for laying down and straightening up the column upper part can be configured to be on the opposite track.
- the hydraulics in the upper column part can be pivoted about a horizontal axis, preferably on the tension strut of the upper column part.
- a decoupling of the tension strut or pressure strut from the column base is no longer necessary and it is essential to switch from the boom luffing operation to laying the column down only to ensure that the hydraulic operation is forced to work on the opposite course by determining the rocking attack of the hydraulics with the boom down.
- the pressure strut can be designed to be pull-out - for the jib rocking operation without any problems - so that neither the pressure strut nor the tension strut have to be detached from the column base for laying down the column upper part.
- the rocking attack of the hydraulics can be displaceable in the direction of the column base, preferably by the rocking attack of the hydraulics being connected to a rocker arm that is connected can be moved from the downrigger to the column base and can be locked on the boom for luffing.
- the jib On a crane column 2, 3, 4 with foot 2 and upper part 3, 4, the jib is pivotally mounted on the column foot about a horizontal luffing axis 5.
- the upper part of the crane column essentially consists of a pressure element on the jib side.
- the struts 3, 4 are connected to one another in an articulated manner by a horizontal upper folding axis 6 and are pivotably mounted on the column base about lower folding axes 7 and 8 parallel to the seesaw axis 5.
- the crane column is, as usual, rotatably supported about a vertical axis 9 and the lifting and luffing operation is carried out by a cable winch 20 via a top roller 10 at the top of the crane column, a multiple shear 11, the jib cable pulley 12 at the head of the jib and the load rope 21.
- Hydraulic is in for rocking the jib as well as for laying down and erecting the upper part of the crane column 3, 4
- the rocking action 16 of the hydraulics on the boom 1 is attached to a rocker 17.
- the rocker 17 In the luffing mode, the rocker 17 is locked on the boom.
- the luffing attack can be released from the boom and displaced in the direction of the column base by pivoting about 180 degrees around the axis 18 of the rocker arm attached to the boom.
- the cylinder 13 of the hydraulics is pivotally mounted on the tension strut 3 in its central region about the axis 15. This design ensures that, with a relatively short overall length of the linear hydraulics, it can be converted from the luffing operation to the folding operation for laying down and re-erecting the upper part of the crane column.
- the pressure forces during the loading operation are form-fitting and when the lower part of the crane column is placed on the side facing away from the jib 1; Side simply pulled out; decoupling or hydraulic holding is not necessary.
- the tension strut 3 is angled at the top and mounted on the column base 2 so that it is laid flat on the deck, but there is a good, stretched connection for the multiple rocker 11 to the tip of the jib laid on the opposite side.
- the arm 1 is provided for storage with a fork 19 encompassing the column base, so that the bearing for the luffing axis 5 does not protrude beyond the column base. Laid down is supported the outrigger on the deck with a prop.
- the rocker 17 and its storage is housed within the fork 19. It is thus achieved in a simple manner that the hydraulic system exerts a folding torque until the upper part of the crane column is properly laid down and an uprighting torque when it is erected.
- the bearing for the upper folding axis 6 protrudes beyond the flank of the tension strut facing the boom, in such a way that the pressure strut 4 comes to lie closely over the tension strut which has been laid down.
- the bearing for the axis 15 on the cylinder 13 of the hydraulics projects beyond the flank of the tension strut facing the boom, in such a way that the hydraulics with the cylinder and the piston rod reach tightly over the downward tension strut or the upper part of the crane column.
- the folding axis 7 of the tension strut is arranged as deep as possible on the outside of the column base 2.
- the upper folding axis 6 is arranged approximately at the kink of the tension strut, the pivot axis 15 of the hydraulics, in adaptation to the piston and pivoting stroke required for seesawing, approximately in the middle between the upper and lower folding axes of the tension strut.
- the rocker attack is swiveled close to the hydraulic cylinder and then with mechanical, e.g. manual support is pressed down over the dead center down to the column base, where it can also be fixed and, after laying down the upper part, lies approximately at the same height as axis 15.
Abstract
Description
Seeschiffe.The invention relates to a crane with a rotatable column consisting of a foot and an upper part and hydraulics for luffing and laying down the jib and for erecting and laying down the foldable upper part of the column, in particular for canal-going ships.
Es ist bekannt (DE-GM 79 07 258) in dem aus Druckstrebe und Zugstrebe bestehenden, abklappbaren Oberteil der Kransäule die Druckstrebe starr und in ihrer Länge unveränderlich; die Zugstrebe dagegen hydraulisch verlängerbar auszubilden, um den Kransäulenoberteil nach Niederlegen des Auslegers zur Auslegerseite abklappen zu könnenIt is known (DE-GM 79 07 258) in the existing of the pressure strut and tension strut, foldable upper part of the crane column, the strut rigid and unchangeable in length; the tension strut, on the other hand, can be made hydraulically extendable in order to be able to fold down the upper part of the crane column after the jib has been lowered to the jib side
In order to be able to use the same hydraulic system for rocking the jib as well as for laying down and erecting the upper part of the crane column, it is already suggested in the utility model mentioned to provide a device for coupling the jib and upper part of the crane column in the high position of the jib and the pressure strut with its coupling element on Arrange boom longitudinally displaceable, while the tension strut is releasably attached at one end.
These known embodiments have both constructional and operational disadvantages; they still take up an undesirably high space above the ship's deck in the lowered position of the jib and the upper column section, which can lead to difficulties when crossing bridges, resulting in a reduced usable volume of the ship and involve a lot of work and time to lay down the upper part of the crane column, especially since the coupling between the jib and the upper part of the crane column takes place high in the area of the top roller of the crane column, and also the tension strut, if it cannot be hydraulically extended, is released from its connection to the column base got to.
The invention has for its object to provide a crane of the type mentioned, which at. Laying down the jib and the upper part of the crane column takes up a small height and is characterized by its simple construction and handling.
This object has been achieved according to the invention in that the boom and column upper part can be laid down on opposite sides. Not only does this reduce the height of the room when the jib and crane column top are down, there are also advantageous possibilities for simplification in terms of both construction and operation. In particular, the hydraulics for laying down and straightening up the column upper part — the same hydraulics that are also used for luffing the boom — can be configured to be on the opposite track. For this purpose, the hydraulics in the upper column part can be pivoted about a horizontal axis, preferably on the tension strut of the upper column part. A decoupling of the tension strut or pressure strut from the column base is no longer necessary and it is essential to switch from the boom luffing operation to laying the column down only to ensure that the hydraulic operation is forced to work on the opposite course by determining the rocking attack of the hydraulics with the boom down. The pressure strut can be designed to be pull-out - for the jib rocking operation without any problems - so that neither the pressure strut nor the tension strut have to be detached from the column base for laying down the column upper part.
In order to achieve a force that is favorable for the rocking operation on the one hand and for the column folding operation on the other hand and for a compact, simple hydraulic construction, the rocking attack of the hydraulics can be displaceable in the direction of the column base, preferably by the rocking attack of the hydraulics being connected to a rocker arm that is connected can be moved from the downrigger to the column base and can be locked on the boom for luffing.
- 1 shows a slewing crane according to the invention, with the boom down, the working height for luffing operation being indicated by dash-dotted lines and the upper part of the crane column also being entered after it has been laid down,
- Fig. 2 is a plan view of Fig. 1 with the jib down and crane column top.
The
The
After the rocker is turned, the rocker attack is swiveled close to the hydraulic cylinder and then with mechanical, e.g. manual support is pressed down over the dead center down to the column base, where it can also be fixed and, after laying down the upper part, lies approximately at the same height as
