  • This specimen was mounted in a typical frame and a limpet mine having a charge of 0.95 kg of Tritanol explosive was applied to the surface of plate 2. When the charge was detonated the plate 2 was blown off and the timber 5 fell out, but the plate 4 attached to sections 1 remained intact and bolted to its frame, with some plastic deformation, so that the barrier as a whole was not breached.

Claims (7)

1. Structure de porte de sécurité comprenant: un cadre de porte (B) définissant un passage; une porte résistant à l'explosion (A) montée dans le cadre (B) pour fermer le passage; et des moyens (9) pour fixer la porte (A) au cadre (B) dans la position fermée; ladite porte comprenant une partie arrière (4, 12/15) constituant une barrière physique entre les deux côtés du passage; une partie avant (2, 11) espacée de la partie arrière (4, 12/15) et constituant la face exposée de la porte; et une couche de bois (4,5a/5b, 18) disposée entre lesdites parties avant (2, 11) et arrière (4, 12/15) et agencée de façon à protéger ladite partie arrière (4, 12/15) des effets d'une charge explosive explosant contre au près de ladite surface exposée; caractérisée en ce que ladite partie avant (2, 11) de la porte est montée par des moyens (3) qui lui permettent d'être détachée du reste de la structure de la porte sous l'influence d'une force dirigée vers l'extérieur exercée sur elle par la transmission, à l'intérieur de la porte, de la pression de souffle de ladite charge explosive, et en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (9) sont arrangés pour permettre à la partie arrière (4, 12/15) de la porte de demeurer fixée au cadre (B) après que la partie avant (2, 11) ait été détachée comme on l'a indiqué plus haut.
2. Structure suivant la revendication 1, dans laquelle la porte présente un volume d'air intérieur (6) défini entre ladite partie avant (2) et ladite couche de bois (5).
3. Structure suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite partie avant de la porte est constituée par une première plaque d'acier (2), ladite partie arrière de la porte est constituée par une seconde plaque d'acier (4), et lesdites première (2) et seconde (4) plaques d'acier sont reliées, à leur périphérie, par un cadre intérieur (1) en acier.
4. Structure suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle il est prévu, dans la porte vers l'arrière par rapport à ladite couche de bois (5, 5a/5b, 18), une ou plusieurs couches de matériau résistant à la pénétration d'outils de cambriolage non explosifs.
5. Structure suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle il est prévu, dans la porte vers l'avant par rapport à ladite couche de bois (18), une couche de matériau résistant au feu (19).
6. Structure suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la porte comprend un compartiment antérieur défini entre une plaque avant (11) et une plaque intermédiaire
(12), et un compartiment postérieur défini entre ladite plaque intermédiaire (12) et une plaque arrière (15); ledit compartiment antérieur contenant ladite couche de bois (18) et ledit compartiment postérieur accueillant lesdits moyens de fixation.
