Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Möbelscharnier nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei bekannten Möbelscharnieren trägt das Montagegehäuse eine Verstellplatte, welche in vertikaler Richtung, also parallel zur Schwenkachsenrichtung des Scharniers verstellbar ist. Auf der Verstellplatte ist der Scharnierarm quer Zur Schwenkachsenrichtung und parallel zur Möbelseitenwand verschiebbar. Eine seitliche Verstellung des Scharnierarms in einer Ebene parallel zur Möbeltür führt zu einem Lösen oder Spannen der. Befestigungsschraube, welche den Scharnierarm mit der darunterliegenden Verstellplatte verbindet. Eine Verstellung des Scharnierarms in einer zur Tür parallelen Ebene kann bei der bekannten Konstruktion nicht senkrecht zur Verstellrichtung und damit seitenparallel erfolgen. Dies ist insbesondere dann nachteilig, wenn sichtbare, in die Fläche integrierte und damit der Möbelkontur weitgehend angepaßte Möbelscharniere seitenverstellbar angeordnet werden sollen.
  • Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Möbelscharnier der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Gattung so auszubilden, daß eine Verstellung des Scharnierarms parallel zur Möbelseite erfolgt.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt mit den Merkmalen des Kennzeichnungsteils von Anspruch 1. Bei einem Verstellen des Scharnierarms wandert dieser stets in paralleler Ausrichtung zu seiner Ausgangslage und damit parallel zur Möbelseitenwand in Richtung auf das Schrankinnere oder in Richtung auf die Außenseite der Seitenwand.
  • Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Nachstehend wird eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung im einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen :
    • Figur 1 eine perspektivische Explosionsdarstellung des Möbelscharniers im Einbauzustand,
    • Figur 2 einen horizontalen Schnitt durch das in Figur 1 dargestellte Möbelscharnier bei geschlossener Möbeltür.
  • Eine Möbeltür (Möbelteil 1) ist mit einer Möbelseitenwand (Möbelteil 2) mittels mehrerer Möbelscharniere verbunden, von denen eins dargestellt ist. Das Möbelscharnier besitzt einen Scharniertopf 3, der in eine Einlaßbohrung 1a der Tür eingesetzt ist und einen Flansch 4 aufweist, der an der Innenseite der Möbeltür anliegt und über Schrauben 5 und 6 mit der Tür verbunden ist. Der Scharniertopf 3 ist über eine nicht näher dargestellte bekannte Gelenkverbindungsstelle 7 mit einem Scharnierarm 8 verbunden. Der Scharnierarm 8 besitzt eine Durchgangsöffnung 9. Der Scharnierarm 8 wird über eine stirnseitige Ausnehmung in ein Montagegehäuse 10 eingeführt. Das Montagegehäuse 10 ist topfartig ausgebildet und sitzt in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung der Möbelseitenwand. Auch das Montagegehäuse 10 besitzt einen dem Flansch 4 entsprechenden Flansch 11, der über Schrauben 12 und 13 fest mit der Möbelseitenwand verbunden ist.
  • Das Montagegehäuse 10 besitzt zwei miteinander fluchtende Gewindebohrungsbereiche 14 und 15, die mit einem Abstand von einander angeordnet sind. In den Gewindebereichen 14 und 15 sind Schrauben 16 und 17 angeordnet, die einen vergleichsweise großen Durchmesser haben und scheibenförmig ausgebildet sind. Die Schraube 16 besitzt eine Aufnahmeöffnung 16a, während die Schraube 17 eine Aufnahmeöffnung 17a besitzt. Die Aufnahmeöffnung 16a muß nicht durchgehend ausgebildet sein, während die Aufnahmeöffnung 17a als Durchgangsöffnung ausgebildet ist.
  • Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Öffnungen 16a und 17a gleich ausgebildet und besitzen Sechskantkontur. Die Schrauben 16 und 17 können deshalb mit Hilfe des Innensechskantschlüssels 18 verdreht werden.
  • Der Scharnierarm 8 wird zwischen den Schrauben 16 und 17 klemmend ergriffen. Zum Verstellen wird zunächst die Schraube 17 gelöst, indem der Innensechskantschlüssel 18 nur zum Eingriff mit der Aufnahmeöffnung 17a gebracht wird. Anschließend wird die Schraube 16 durch vollständiges Einschieben des Innensechskantschlüssels 18 in die Aufnahmeöffnung 16a und anschließendes Drehen betätigt. Danach wir der Innensechskantschlüssel 18 soweit herausgezogen, daß er nicht mehr in der Aufnahmeöffnung 16a liegt und daß bei einem Drehen nur noch die Schraube 17 verstellt wird, die dann bis in die Klemmlage angezogen wird.
  • Eine Abdeckkappe 19 dient zur Kaschierung der Schraube 17 und wird in eine entsprechende Aufnahmeöffnung 20 des Flansches 11 eingedrückt.

Claims (4)

1. Möbelscharnier mit einem in ein Möbelteil (1) einsetzbaren Scharniertopf (3) und einem daran angelenkten Scharnierarm (8) sowie einem in das zugehörige andere Möbelteil (2) einsetzbaren Montagegehäuse (10), mit dem der Scharnierarm (8) lageeinstellbar über eine Schraube (17), die Ansatzflächen für ein Schraubwerkzeug aufweist, verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraube (17) eine als zentrale Durchgangsöffnung ausgebildete Aufnahmeöffnung (17a) aufweist und mit einer weiteren, dahinterliegenden Schraube (16) fluchtet, die eine zentrale Aufnahmeöffnung (16a) für ein Drehwerkzeug aufweist, wobei die beiden Schrauben (16 und 17) den Scharnierarm (8) festklemmen, der eine Durchgangsöffnung (9) aufweist, die zwischen den Aufnahmeöffnungen (17a und 16a) der beiden Schrauben (16 und 17) liegt.
2. Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeöffnungen (16a und 17a) beider miteinander fluchtender Schrauben (16 und 17) im Querschnitt gleich ausgebildet sind.
3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeöffnungen (16a ; 17a) Mehrkantöffnungen sind.
4. Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrkantöffnungen Sechskantöffnungen sind.
