Claims (3)

1. Verfahren zur Fertigung einer Wellpappenbahn (4) durch das Kleben einer ersten auf einer Seite gewellten Bahn (10) auf eine zweite flache Papier-oder Kartonbahn (8), wobei das Verfahren zuerst das Auftragen des Leimes auf den Wellenscheiteln der ersten Bahn, dann nach der Beleimung das Aufheizen durch Bestrahlung jener Wellenscheitel, und schliesslich das Zusammen-, kleben der zweiten Bahn mit den Wellenscheiteln der ersten Bahn vorsieht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur gleichmässigen Verteilung der Feuchtigkeit auf der ganzen Bahnbreite (4) die Bestrahlung auf der Breite der Bahn unterschiedlich eingestellt werden muss.
2. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, bestehend aus einer ersten Klebemaschine, in welcher der Leim auf die Wellenscheiteln der ersten Bahn (10) aufgetragen wird, einer zweiten Maschine (2, 3) für doppelseitige Wellpappe, in welcher die erste Bahn auf die zweite (8, 10) gelegt und endgültig geklebt wird, wobei zur Infrarotbestrahlung der Wellen der ersten Bahn (10) wenigstens ein Bestrahlungsagregat (40) zwischen den beiden Maschinen (1, und 3) eingerichtet wird, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass dieses Bestrahlungsagregat (40) in mehrere Sektoren (42 bis 45) aufgeteilt ist, und dass jeder Sektor (42 bis 45) über eine eigene Stromzufuhr mit Steuerung mittels eines Stromvariators (46) verfügt, wobei letzterer durch eine Vorrichtung (51), welche ihre Betriebsdaten von einer die Leimwärme auf den Wellen messende Vorrichtung (50), einer den Leimauftrag auf die Wellen messende Vorrichtung (52), und einer die Laufgeschwindigkeit, der Bahn in der Maschine messende Vorrichtung (53), erhält, gesteuert wird.
3. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich die Vorrichtung (51) von der Vorrichtung (54) Messungwerte über die Feuchtigkeit, welche auf der Bahnbreite der in der doppelseitigen Maschine (2, 3) hergestellten Wellpappe herrscht, erhält.
