One can for instance first place the liner in on the outer side of a rack or the like having the same form as the cross-section of the apparatus (8) shown in figure 3. Thereupon the outer container can be placed over the liner and the liner and the apparatus pressed together against the inflation pressure till one gets a folded two-gusset flexible container. In order to use this method the containers must be open in one end.
  • the present invention provides a method for producing a container into which bulk material can be filled without prior inflation at the filling site and without damaging the liner. This leads then to less rejection of containers and totally faster filling of the containers. One also avoids that the liner forms pockets which can not be utilized. Already from the moment the liner and the outer container are folded and until they are filled with bulk material they will be in such relative position which they shall have when filled.
  • the inventors also arrived at a method for manufacturing the product with an apparatus which both by itself is rational and which in addition simplified the whole process from manufacture of the flexible container till it is filled with bulk material and is ready for further transport to storage or application.

Claims (3)

1. Procédé de fabrication de récipients souples aplatis, comprenant un revêtement (2) d'une feuille imperméable placée dans un récipient externe (1) d'un matériau robuste capable de supporter des efforts, dans lequel le revêtement (2) et le récipient externe (1) sont repliés longitudinalement de la même manière si bien que le revêtement (2) a ses goussets placés dans des goussets correspondants du récipient externe (1), caractérisé en ce que
le revêtement (2) est placé dans un récipient externe (1),
le revêtement (2) est gonflé,
le récipient externe (1) et le revêtement (2) sont tous deux pliés simultanément afin que les goussets longitudinaux correspondants soient formés, jusqu'à une certaine surpression dans le revêtement, si bien que les goussets du revêtement (2) sont partout placés dans les goussets du récipient externe (1).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, après que le revêtement (2) a été placé à l'intérieur du récipient externe (1), le récipient externe (1) et le revêtement (2) sont placés dans un tunnel ou un caisson pliant (8) ayant deux parois latérales opposées (7, 7) divisées dans leur milieu et articulées, et en ce que le revêtement (2) et le récipient (1) sont alors gonflés, et les parois latérales (toit 4, fond 5) raccordant deux parois latérales opposées (7, 7) sont rapprochées alors que, simultanément, les axes centraux des parois latérales opposées (7, 7) sont repoussés l'un vers l'autre et le récipient externe (1) et le revêtement (2) ainsi pliés sont alors retirés du caisson (8).
3. Dispositif destiné à la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte un caisson ou tunnel pliant (8) qui peut être ouvert aux deux extrémités correspondant aux extrémités supérieure et inférieure du récipient souple, et ayant un jeu de deux parois latérales opposées (7, 7) comprenant chacune au moins deux parties longitudinales (7) qui sont articulées l'une sur l'autre et sur une paroi latérale adjacente (toit 4, fond 5) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de raccordement souple (6).
